They take the time to truly listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure you feel confident and comfortable with every decision. They work very hard at trying to give you the best deal they can. What really sets them apart is how family-oriented they are. You can tell they genuinely care about the people they work with, not just making a sale. That kind of trust and respect is rare, and it’s the reason we’ve been coming here for 30 years. It is evident that Klaben treats their employees like family too! This dealership isn’t just where we buy cars—it’s where we know we’ll be treated with integrity, kindness, and appreciation. I wandered over to the new car sales lot while having another car serviced. I did not have an immediate need to buy a car, and I did not have my mind fixed on a particular model. However, I was greeted another car serviced. I did not have an immediate need to buy a car, and I did not have my mind fixed on a particular model. However, I was greeted by Rich LaMancusa and he went to the effort to pursue my business while treating me respectfully and professionally. I felt from my interaction with Rich that I would be treated fairly, and that is the reason I decided to move forward with a purchase. Kyle Crowe was excellent at facilitating the transaction. My only complaint is that there was no hard copy or .pdf Owner's manual for the vehicle ( a 2026 bought in Nov. 2025), and I needed to buy a 2025 manual, the only one available, from a 3rd party vendor in order to get it in print. (in fairness, Ford maintains an .html version of the 2025 manual, but it is not user-friendly.) This is not Klaben's fault. More
