Beware of these up-sellers! My 75+ year old mom took her 10+ year old Honda in because the car alarm was going off all night and she had no idea why. Instead of offering to disconnect the alarm or checking 10+ year old Honda in because the car alarm was going off all night and she had no idea why. Instead of offering to disconnect the alarm or checking her key fob for a malfunction, DCH told her she needed new door locks at the cost of $1000+! She unfortunately said yes without consulting with me first. How dare you, DCH Paramus Honda, take advantage of a senior citizen living Social Security check to Social Security check! More

Delivering Customer Happiness I was able to go into Paramus Honda and buy a brand new car and drive home with in 4 hours. My salesman was Kadir Karr. Our 6th car in 5 yrs in this dealership with Alex! Alex Bernabe has always been most helpful and the main reason we always go back to this dealership since we started our fist car 5 yrs ago. Now on our Alex Bernabe has always been most helpful and the main reason we always go back to this dealership since we started our fist car 5 yrs ago. Now on our 6th, "the dude" never fails to cater to our need and give us great advise and deals. We took home our honda pilot and crv a few days ago and we have have no complaints. We will be visiting this dealership again in a few months for my sister in laws first car. See you guys soon. More
