The members of the service department, at Maple Hill Auto Group, were right there to take care of my car, when I arrived. I arrived for my appointment a half an hour early, was unsure of the amount of time it would take to get thru the construction. The young lady (wish I would asked her name now) was so understanding and s unsure of the amount of time it would take to get thru the construction. The young lady (wish I would asked her name now) was so understanding and said she would see what they could do. The Subaru team was able to get me me in and finished early. So happy with that service department. Please extend my gratitude to all involved with my maintenance. Thank You, stay fabulous all. Drove back to Battle Creek in a clean and shiny Ascent. Very Pleased with my 1st service appointment. More

Service and Service Attendant were VERY satisfactory. ..considering I was trusted to return home for my wallet.....however, the carwash left my car in no better cleanliness when it was returned to me..... ..considering I was trusted to return home for my wallet.....however, the carwash left my car in no better cleanliness when it was returned to me.....bugs still on surfaces, etc. More
