I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this dealership and I am utterly disappointed with their unprofessionalism and lack of respect for their customers' time. I called in Monday and spok this dealership and I am utterly disappointed with their unprofessionalism and lack of respect for their customers' time. I called in Monday and spoke to Leo about an Alfa Romeo, he told us it’s available and so we began to drive an hour to the dealership. Half way through the ride, he calls saying that the vehicle is out being serviced and that it’s not available for viewing that day- we’re already 30 mins into the ride to the dealership. Disappointed but understanding, we agreed to meet with Leo on Wednesday morning 9am. He mentioned the car was on the lot for 300 days and should be ready to view on Wednesday and available for us. So we had scheduled an appointment with him to discuss purchasing a vehicle, and to say that they missed the appointment would be an understatement. First and foremost, it is crucial to note that my time is valuable, just like any other customer's. I made sure to set aside a specific time slot to visit the dealership, expecting them to be prepared and ready to assist me. My husband and I took off work for this appointment. On the ride to the dealership on Wednesday we called en route to ensure it’s going to be available, someone said they would bring it out front. However, upon arriving at the designated time, we were met with confusion and disorganization. It was evident that they had absolutely no idea about my scheduled appointment, and Leo was nowhere to be found. The sales staff seemed completely oblivious and after a few moments a staff member comes to us and tells us the car was sold late last night. So at this point this is the second time they absolutely WASTED our time. Just happens that after 300 days on the lot, the car just happened to be sold late the night before and no one called us to cancel the appointment. Even an e-mail would have been nice. It's astounding how a dealership, whose primary responsibility is to cater to customers' needs, can disregard appointments in such a careless manner. Furthermore, the lack of communication and accountability from the dealership only exacerbated my disappointment. Not once did they reach out to explain the situation or offer an apology for their oversight. After we left the dealership (around 9:15, appointment was supposed to be at 9:00) we attempted to call Leo to ensure the car was in fact sold because the staff seemed so confused while we were there. We were transferred to “Andrea” and she began to make up excuses that the vehicle was sold last night, right before close, therefore there was no way they could have notified us about it no longer being available. And conveniently Leo “didn’t know about the situation because he was off on Tuesday”. It was as if our time and interest in their services meant nothing to them. This kind of attitude is simply unacceptable and reflects poorly on the dealership's professionalism and customer service. To make matters worse, we had driven a significant distance to reach their location, wasting my time, energy, and fuel- TWICE! This disregard for a customer's commitment and inconvenience is a clear reflection of their disregard for customer satisfaction. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Marino Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram to anyone seeking a reliable and customer-oriented car buying experience. Their inability to honor appointments and their lack of basic communication skills demonstrate a level of unprofessionalism that should not be tolerated. My advice to others would be to steer clear of this dealership and find one that values their customers' time and respects their appointments. I sincerely hope that they take this review as an opportunity for self-reflection and strives to improve their customer service and organizational practices. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere, where my time and patronage are appreciated. More

I was looking forward to purchasing a car from Marino Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership. I found the car I liked, reached out to make sure it was available, scheduled an appointment and made plans to Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership. My first attempt to go there I got a call from the dealer telling me that the car was just taken to be services and will not be available. I asked for a follow up and upon receiving the call I scheduled another appointment. My appointment was at 9am, and as I arrived, the staff was very confused about the reason for my visit, the sales person who I talked to wasn't there and the best part was that the car I was interested in was sold the night before. I have waisted over 2.5 hours of my and my spouses time and left with a horrible taste about the experience. I would not recommend using this dealer. More

Leo, Dan and the rest of the crew at Marino's really did a top-knob job on selling me my Dodge ram pickup. First time I own a pickup and extremely pleased with it.
