Louis was insanely punctual responding to my texts with questions at hours I simply wasn't expecting to receive replies, weekends/late nights, didn't matter he was always there to quickly answer whatever was on my mind. I had plenty of questions for them as I encountered snags with various features on my 12hr drive home. Both Louis and Roscoe provided great support post-purchase as well. They're clearly well-versed to handle vehicles of ever-increasing complexity. Overall, just a no-nonsense, clear cut, exceptional dealership experience that's just hard to find these days. More
