If you have a need for a car, or truck then you MUST give Mr Jason Howell a call!! You are MORE than a credit score to him. There is a genuine regard for your needs and it ALL STARTS AT THE TOP! Mr Tony Pack is as fine as they come, therefore his employees exemplify his character.The difference here and other dealerships is that these folks are not interested in selling you a car, they are interested in helping you make the BEST choice for your family. There is no pressure here and the energy is all so POSITIVE. In addition, employees work here for a VERY long time! You wont have to worry, they will be here when you come back! Jason worked our deal even on his day off and offered many times to meet us on his day off!! With a happy heart, we left with a dream truck AND car!!! To the point and great customer service!! My first interaction with this dealership was with Mr. Sam Limo through email regarding a vehicle I was interested in. He was quick to respond and helpful with my questions! I then decided to come up to the dealership to see the Ford Explorer I had been inquiring about. Sam met my husband and I when we got there and immediately got the car pulled up ready for us to view and test drive. Of course it was exactly what I wanted, so we decided to talk numbers. I told him what I wanted to spend and he was very helpful with trying to get the numbers together. At first we were thinking we were going to trade in my husband truck but after leaving the delearship to get the truck we decided not to trade in the truck we had. With that decision I knew where I wanted my payments and how much I wanted to spend over all so I set my offer. Took a little bit of exchanging messages to come to an agreement on price but we did and it was the easiest process I have ever been through with purchasing a car! They are great people to work with here! I personally loved dealing with Sam because he was very professional yet to the point that I didn't feel like I just wasted hours at a dealership like I have in the past! I have already recommended any family and friends looking to purchase to go here! And I am sure we will come here first for all our future car purchases! Also thank you Sam for being so patient with me and for taking the time to bring me my car!! Like I mentioned before easiest purchase ever! I would also like to acknowledge MM Ross for all your time and effort in making the financial process so easy on my side!! Amazing experience. The experience of buying a car at Five Star is one that no other dealership could ever match. I had been having a lot of trouble with my old car and I The experience of buying a car at Five Star is one that no other dealership could ever match. I had been having a lot of trouble with my old car and I knew it would break down any day. I was worried about how I was going to get to work, as my vehicle was almost unsafe to drive. I wasn't sure if I could afford to get myself another, but I went to Five Star to see what my options were. MM Ross and Doreen Bainbridge worked with me to find a payment plan that I could afford, and for a brand new car at that! Freddie Valdovinos helped me find warranties that fit my budget and covered any concerns I would have. The whole process was easy, and I felt like I was a high priority the entire time. I might add that I'm young, and have never bought a car before. They helped me understand the process and get through it smoothly. These folks at Five Star have saved my job AND my bank account, and they have my business for life. If you aren't buying from Five Star, you're wasting your time and money. More

Great Deal - Great Treatment I had contacted the Car Pro Show a few months back about trading in my 2008 Expedition - Jerry referred to Rick Dike - I called him in advance - he I had contacted the Car Pro Show a few months back about trading in my 2008 Expedition - Jerry referred to Rick Dike - I called him in advance - he had a model waiting on us to drive - he cut us a great deal - he treated us like we were the only customer there that day, and the place was packed when we got there - he knows how to treat customers, no BS - straight to the point, which is what I want. They had 10 deals go down at same time ours did so the finance guys were real busy at the time. They found us a great interest rate and again went straight to the point - did not try to sell us on stuff we did not need, made sure we were comfort the entire time and were fast about their part The entire staff treated us like we were something special and I did not really realize that Rick was the Sale Manager until we were leaving and someone told me that, but he never mentioned that - and I thought wow - as busy as he was that day and he treated us like we like we were his only customer. We started off the day going to dealership that sold us the 2008 model thinking repeat customers get better deals - not - and the person we dealt with made us feel like we were wasting his time.; My hats off to Rick and the entire staff at 5 Star Ford - best experience in buying a vehicle ever - if you want to be treated with respect and get a great deal - 5 Star Ford and Rick I listen the Car Pro Show on a regular bases - and they hit the nail on head on this one- great advice and a great dealership . Wonderful Purchase Experience. I have been a customer of Five Star Ford for many years and many vehicles. I have always been treated with professional, friendly service by every person in every department at Five Star Ford. I was wanting to purchase a new vehicle and thought that I knew exactly what I wanted. The Dealership could have easily just sold me a vehicle and handed me a set of keys. Instead starting with Mr. Rich, all of the people listed took the time to inform me of new changes, rebates, special offers, etc. the care that I received was simply incredible. I was able to purchase more vehicle for less money. That would have never happened if the entire staff at this dealership had not had my best interest and total satisfaction in mind. I know that I have forgotten to mention someone who helped me and for that please forgive me. The attitude and honesty at this dealership is second to none. On top of all of that the coffee is always good. More

My salesman, Mario Hurley, managed to get me a great deal on the new truck and a very good trade in value on my vehicle . Jimmy Truong in Finance dug deep to find me more savings. I couldn't have asked for a better group of individuals working to get me the best deal I have ever received on a new vehicle. William Conner in "After Market" was helpful in explaining and showing me an after market cover for the bed of my new truck. Thanks to all of these individuals for their time and effort put forth to insure that I got the vehicle I wanted, the best deal ever and information on After Market add-on's for my new truck. More

My wife and I had a great experience buying our new Ford Our sales person Alayna did a great job showing us the features of our new Ford Edge. We got the right car with the right options for the right price. I had previously put in a reviewing complaining about a Documentation charge, and MM Ross called that same day to clarify my mistake. I had mistakenly read the sales sheet wrong since the numbers did not line up exactly. MM Ross went out of his way today to introduce himself while I was waiting for my new Sky-Link installation. I had a great sales experience with the people at 5Star Ford. Thanks Cliff More
