This dealer owes me money! I purchased a $70,000 car from them with an “out the door agreed upon price”. They could not add on accessory in time so they told me to have it pu I purchased a $70,000 car from them with an “out the door agreed upon price”. They could not add on accessory in time so they told me to have it put on. It would cost $45 and the finance guy would credit that amount. He didn’t. I asked the manager where my $45 was. He said we never charged you for it! (He might not be smart enough to know my out the door price should be $45 less.). Next they told me I would not have to do anything with my out of state tags. They would handle and pay for all of that (out the door cost). Florida is now requiring I pay them $100. I told the manager…. He didn’t even reply! I never got my survey from them… guess that’s the one reason they only have good reviews! Monica Moore More

The Lexus of Chattanooga dealership made the buying experience wonderful. Our first contact with Madison had us totally in on driving not only to purchase our vehicle, but to meet the super star at the other end of the phone. Once we arrived, Mr. Paty not only took care of us during the sale, but also suggested logging options since we traveled over 6 hours to secure the vehicle we wanted. The young man who went over the technology of the car was awesome. Finally Justin , who made the financing experience easy and made us feel at ease with every step of the process. Overall, the dealership had a relaxed and welcoming environment. Hats off, and thank you for a wonderful experience. More

Wow! Wow! Wow! This was my first time buying a car without a face-to-face experience until picking up the vehicle. From submitting my build sheet, waiti Wow! Wow! This was my first time buying a car without a face-to-face experience until picking up the vehicle. From submitting my build sheet, waiting patiently for assembly at the Princeton, IN plant, Fred Fortson, Sales, communicated with me frequently, sent me plant build sheets until we found the TX with all the factory installed options I wanted. Fred informed me of the delivery date to the dealership (the day after assembly!), installed the dealer options I wanted and set me up with Justin Hendrick, Finance Manager, whom I communicated via phone/text and completed all the paperwork via E-doc the day before driving 150 miles to pick up the vehicle. Justin had me write a check upon arrival at the dealership and the purchase was complete! Fred had us meet with Jackson Antinore, Tech Specialist, who expertly set up the TX to our mobile phones, customized the multimedia and answered all my questions. We drove out of the showroom door and were on our way home in 90 minutes. Also a shout out to Madison Messer, Online Engagement Specialist, who kept the communication lines open while Fred was busy with other customers. Fred, Madison, Justin and Jackson were all extremely friendly & professional. I selected Lexus of Chattanooga because other nearby Lexus dealerships had mandatory add-on's that I did not want, adding a couple thousand to the overall vehicle price.
