Third Forester and Love Them! Buying a new 2020 Subaru Forester, last month, I just noticed that we bought a 2010, 2015, and now a 2020. I guess, I think , they are good vehic Buying a new 2020 Subaru Forester, last month, I just noticed that we bought a 2010, 2015, and now a 2020. I guess, I think , they are good vehicles. Had to trade in Ford Crown Vic (bought those for 17 years), because our new Michigan house has a horrible driveway for winter. With arthritis coming on, I did not notice any worse of ride, and getting out of Forester was easier. Every time we bought a new Forester, my wife got the old one-only because she doesn’t like driving a brand new car, and she doesn’t put many miles on them. We gifted the 2010 (with 98,000 miles) to our nephew, graduating high school. Now he has a good, reliable car to start out his adulthood. He’ll pay enough on auto insurance, anyway! Had to learn about all the new gizmos on the 2020. Even with Covid, the people at MyAuto Subaru have been very patient in explaining about the “bells and whistles”. Having ridden in a Subaru in the late 1970’s in a car pool, I can attest that Subaru has come a VERY long way! Beautiful, dependable, pleasant to drive cars! More

Service at the time was great, however we had discussed getting tires and technician said he may have 2 order but would call when they came in.....at a month later I called the service dept. Great Service - Dirty Car The service was great, everyone was friendly, it was fast and the waiting room was nice. Lots of things to keep my 4 year old busy while we waited. The only complaint I have is that when I got my truck home, there were quite a few spots on the outside and interior of my truck made by motor oil covered hands. One of them was on the light gray, textured plastic. I live an hour away, so I ended up trying to get the stains out myself. They all came off okay except for the one on the light gray plastic. That was disappointing because this was a brand new truck. More

Useless. Mechanic mocked in writing what the issue was with the vehicle. Recommended a $250 repair. Which did absolutely nothing to correct the problem.
