One of the most important points for me is that the service people listen to what I have to say. Other points are that the work is done when they say, it is quality work, and the cost is reasonable. The service department is the reason that I purchased a Honda from Williamson. They are easy to deal with on new cars, Kevin McCarville was our representative, and by representative, I think he worked for Honda from Williamson. They are easy to deal with on new cars, Kevin McCarville was our representative, and by representative, I think he worked for us as much as he was working for Williamson. We worked out a deal on the accessories we needed to complete the transaction and in the end I think all parties were happy! But after the sale, Williamson really steps up. They are always interested in helping our family keep our Accord in LIKE NEW condition! We constantly are encouraged by the specials they have on service opportunities and we are very happy with the honesty, integrity and care that every individual we work with takes to make sure we are good with the end results of every one of our visits.
