I am impressed with the quality of the people working I have worked with Honda of Lincoln for 8 years and have just purchased my second Honda Pilot. I am impressed with the quality of the people working there and the length of their service. They have people in all areas of service with 25+ years of service. Brandon Kavan our sales rep. went beyond and above to help us find the vehicle we desired. He was considerate of our time frame. The service people who certified the vehicle and finance people who completed the purchase were excellent considering our tight schedule due to a trip to the east coast. Poor cashier service Price changed dramatically from the parts counter, to the cashier. Not sure why. The quantity of parts in my hand didn't change but, the price went up. Also, I really didn't appreciate her shortness with me when I questioned her about the price difference. Unfortunately, my seventeen year old son witnessed this. We have never owned a Honda before, and I was teaching him how and where to go for service and parts for his car. His reaction to this employee was nothing short of being flabbergasted. I had to explain to him that this is not how you should be treated. SMH. I am so disappointed. More
