From my initial call to check on the availability of a car to the sales and financing of purchasing the vehicle it was evident their central focus was customer service and communication, things that are l car to the sales and financing of purchasing the vehicle it was evident their central focus was customer service and communication, things that are lost at most dealers today. Heather in reception, Drew my sales guy, Devin in finance and Matt the sales manager were awesome. Upon calling, Heather set up an appointment, let me know what to expect when I arrived, and followed up with names and contacts should I have any questions. When I arrived, truck was out front and ready to look at with my name on it. Drew my sales guy was awesome, he loves what he does, is honest, KNOWLEDGEABLE, transparent and respectful of the significance of the purchase I was considering. No pressure. The experience didn’t change when I sat with Devin in finance, it was clear Drew communicated with him prior to me entering so I didn’t feel as if I was just pushed to another stranger in the process. He was informative, focused on the services that might fit my particular needs the most, and easy to work with. Upon completing the purchase Matt the sales manager came out just to say thank you. It was an overall experience that is elusive at most dealers today. And even though the truck was clean, they put it through detailing again while I did the paper work, it was a professional level detail and not just a quick wipe down. Honestly after previous dealership experiences I almost wanted to buy the truck based on my initial interaction with Heather alone. Even though my drive is over an hour there I would definitely return for future purchases or even certain maintenance work if necessary. More

Leo and his team (Matt, Mike, Heather) really helped me with my new purchase. They knew I was coming from over a 2hr drive to look at the vehicle and we're very responsive to my question. They also did NOT with my new purchase. They knew I was coming from over a 2hr drive to look at the vehicle and we're very responsive to my question. They also did NOT bombard me or make it feel forced that I had to buy from them like you get at other places. They actually listened to what I wanted and did not push me to something I wasn't interested in. Would definitely check them out again in the future if I am in need of another vehicle. More
