I bought a mercedes certified preowned car from them ( 2014 audi A4) the car was in great shape with a very fair price as they compare it to those on carfax so you know you’re getting your money’s worth. They provided the full blown history of the car and gave a brilliant test drive. Sales Manager micheal with the brightest smile ever (literally) was great company through out the buying process i would highly recommend mercedes benz of the woodlands texas to anyone looking to buy a car new or used! Just regret I did not get the GLE63Coupe. I have dealt with BMW, Audi and Volvo over the years. This place is at the top. I would definitely come back. Note: I was not paid to say this. More

Since I'm in the DFW area, they worked with me to get me the car I wanted on the terms I wanted completely by phone and email. When I flew down to pick it up, the car was waiting for me on the showroom floor at the agreed upon price with no surprises. Both Kriss and Mike were fantastic to work with, and they both accommodated all of my requests some of which were a bit off the beaten path. No pressure from either, just honest hard work on their part to get my business. Anthony Cruz gave me a thorough run through of the car's features and set things up to my liking. Arturo Gutierrez handled the paperwork, and was also a pleasure to work with. I will definitely go back when in the market for another Mercedes Benz. More

For the first time in my life, I was not sure what car I wanted. Martin listened to my likes and recommended two models. I drove them both repeatedly over the next week. I then left the dealership to test drive nearly all the models of competitors. Martin kept in touch without pressure and answered my questions. When the time to "negotiate" arrived, I was surprised with Mike Lilley and the transparency of the process--virtually no negotiating involved, but listening to my desires and meeting them. Paula Alpha in financing made this process as quick as it could have been. Best car buying experience ever. Highly recommend Martin, Mike, and Paula. More

I then said its a honor to me you, iam 61 and out of all the cars I've purchased over the years i never met any sales manager. They always tell the salesman how many inches of pecker to give yah i could see mr. Lilley Was embarrassed so i apologized to him he was very understanding to my experiences. Mr.lilley i will tell you iam no basketball,football or even a rock star you treat me as if iam all that mr. Lilley say we treat everyone who walks or wheeled in Through those doors and works here the same ,, with dignity and respect that way we make no mistakes. At this time mr.lilley wanted ask me if i seen the 2019 glc300c4 coup i said whats that he call over and introduced me to a very nice salesman mr.kriss Arbury. I dropped a deposit and flew up to get the car and they had someone meet me at the airport. Michael Lilley and Nick Botusan were extremely accommodating and the one issue we had was a crack in the windscreen which Nick offered to replace on the spot or refund me for as I had a 1000 mile drive home and wanted to get started. Even that was a pleasurable experience as they made the whole process easy and with no pressure whatsoever, at any time. Usually the finance guy is trying to pressure you into an upsell but Arturo Gutierrez was awesome. He'd sent me data before leaving and then walked me thought he whole process with calm and easy to understand explanations and absolutely no negativity when I turned some offers down. David Gonzales walked me though the cars controls and answered even the dumbest questions with grace. There was never any pressure and I enjoyed it so much that put of 19 car purchases over the last thirty years this is the one dealer I actually plan on returning to. Particularly for cars for my daughters and this cars replacement in a few years. These guys are brilliant. Thanks to Arturo, Kriss, David, Nick and the team over there. I had such a good time I took the long way home and didn't get out of the car for the first four and a half hours. Back roads and a great time! More
