The staff at Wolfchase Honda is very friendly as well as knowledgeable. I wanted to come look at a vehicle I found online. Michelle called me and set up a time for me to come look it over. He took the time to show us all the features this particular used vehicle had to offer. There was really no pressure to buy, and the interactions we had made it easy for us to decide to buy this particular vehicle. The only negative experience I had was with the finance department. I already had pre approval for this specific vehicle. The finance guy asked me four times what my interest rate would be. It took him four tries to beat it. That is the reason for 4 stars instead of five. More
