Mario took the time to answer all my questions and did multiple car inspections over the course of 4 or 5 phone calls before I drove from Sarasota to Ferman’s Palm Harbor dealership location. BEST car buying experience EVER! I was very politely greated when entering the showroom and introduced to Dan whom I had an appoint with. I was Very pleased that he was not the Stereotypical "Car Salesm greated when entering the showroom and introduced to Dan whom I had an appoint with. I was Very pleased that he was not the Stereotypical "Car Salesman". Dan was very easy-going, laid-back and very pleasant to talk to. There was Never any hard-pressure sales applied. My experience with Mickey, the sales manager, was also Very Pleasant! Very Personable and willing to make the extra effort to work with me to close the deal. I was also Very Fortunate to work with Joe, tre Finance Mngr, to complete the financing. He was A Lot of FUN, Great Sense of Humor!!! Honestly, Everyone I interacted with was Extremely Pleasant and Friendly. I had a Great Time during my WHOLE experience! I will Definitely be returning to Ferman BMW first for my next auto purchase!!! Ask for Dan MacDonald to handle your sales experience, request that Joe Cleaver handle your financing, and be sure to ask to meet Mickey Lambert, the Sales Mngr.
