This was my first time taking my F-150 for service at Klaben. I was really impressed with the time Mike took going over the history of the truck and letting me know the level of maintenance that the prev Klaben. I was really impressed with the time Mike took going over the history of the truck and letting me know the level of maintenance that the previous owner performed. I scheduled the 2021 F-150 XLT Sport for a tuneup and to check on 2 recalls. Check-in was very smooth, the service was completed timely and my final invoice matched the estimate to the penny. Mike reviewed the inspection results and no further maintenance was needed at this time. This was by far my best experience with a Dealer servicing one of my vehicles.
