Haven gotten horrible service from another dealership I stoped at Klaben to have my annual service done. Mike from service truely went out of his to give me outstanding service. took his time explained eve stoped at Klaben to have my annual service done. Mike from service truely went out of his to give me outstanding service. took his time explained every thing that was being done so I understood then set up my next appointments. A couple of years latter when I was looking for a new vehicle he introduced me to Chris again outstanding customer service took his time with me and put me into a vehicle that filled my needs. was available during and after with follow up to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Also great service from Angela & Jenn on closing the financing. I alway leave Klaben feeling like I got the best service. I also notice the the other employees give the same service More

We haven’t dealt with Klaben for about 20 years, however we bought a new Maverick from them about a year ago. We have dealt primarily with Louis Polos in truck sales and Mike Brandvold in service These two we bought a new Maverick from them about a year ago. We have dealt primarily with Louis Polos in truck sales and Mike Brandvold in service These two guys are class acts. They are both personable, helpful and very professional. We also recently had some body work done at Klaben’s Body Shop. To improve their operation I would suggest that you ……….do absolutely nothing. I defy anyone to find the area of our Mav that was repaired. You can’t. It looks brand new. Nice work everyone. More

Came in to get a oil change on my F-150 and wanted to know my options are with my lease. They took the time to listen to my thoughts and ideas on what we can do to get me into another Ford product. After know my options are with my lease. They took the time to listen to my thoughts and ideas on what we can do to get me into another Ford product. After getting all information we sat down and looked at my options. The initial payment was more than I was comfortable with. They went to work and gave me options to meet the payment I was comfortable. Thanks for all you help. Mike in service has already set up my appointment for the new Explorer. And after all that is said and done my F-150 got it's oil change. Love my new Explorer. More
