Everyone I worked with was really accommodating and relatively straightforward- this is much appreciated especially when purchasing a car. Excellent Customer Service! Andrew Lobb was by far the best sales rep I've dealt with. He was thorough and very patient and understanding. He was not quick to make a sale. Andy Lobb was great. Always answered the phone. Was very helpful when I had questions. As far as the finance went I felt I didn't get what my trade in was worth and the monthly payments kept creeping up and helpful when I had questions.
