My sales man was great- although it took over a month to receive the key for my brand new vehicle at the fault of the back office. I had to call the upwards of 6-7 different times before it was sent to me. receive the key for my brand new vehicle at the fault of the back office. I had to call the upwards of 6-7 different times before it was sent to me. If it wasn’t for Trent checking in on it- I am certain I would have not received it. Why did I have to wait a month to obtain the key to a brand new vehicle? DOR got me the title before I got my key! At the end- there was no compensation or even I’m sorry from anyone in the back office- only Trent. I hope the back office does better for their sales people and their customers. More

I bought my last 2 vehicles from Honda. One a Honda Pilot and then a Dodge truck to pull a camper! Mike M provide great info in regards to our towing questions.
