If you are tired of the car salesman hustle, go see these guys, they don't play or waste your time. They make their money on volume since they are number 1 in the nation which is why no one else can compete. I have shopped Kia to Mercedes and I don't know why anyone would buy anything other than a Cadillac. Kia was the same price as the Cadillac (lease). I don't know why but probably because of the residuals. Mercedes was twice the payment for the same priced car, also I assume because of residuals. You really can't beat the concierge service as well, they bring you the same car you have as a loner and bring your car back after the service, such a time saver! More

Having purchased from this dealership, Ron Carter Cadillac, before, I expected and received very professional, courteous, friendly, and efficient service. Certified 2017 CTS I purchased the CTS, was basically purchased over the phone, I asked Mark to make sure car was check for all features to be working and would be ready I purchased the CTS, was basically purchased over the phone, I asked Mark to make sure car was check for all features to be working and would be ready for me to pickup, I drove 300 mi to get auto, Car was not ready, Paper work took 5 min. (cash deal). Took 3-4 hours to finally get on way home. Some of the features did not work. Could not get assistance over the phone. I made an appointment to return, 1 month later I took car in, about 1 1/2 hr later, came to me nothing wrong with car, we ran diagnoises on car no problem. Again I told them memory on seat does not work., Took the car back into service, 15 minutes later, came back, oh the seat control was on lock out (ever what that means), but it works now. I had conversations with Mark (sales rep), the sales manager and service manger, none of the guys could tell me over the phone what to do. Service rep was the only one that seemed to understand the problem after several explanations on what the situation was on the car. It has been 3 weeks, not a word from any of the employees at the place. By the way, when I picked up car, no inspection sticker, got stopped, nearly got a ticket. GREAT SERVICE WOULD YOU SAY!!! I have purchase at least a dozen Cadillac's, worst dealership I have dealt with!! More

Your service dept. repaired a specific problem we brought the car in for and did not fix it properly. For you to say it was not related is not truthful. Do not try to skirt the issue. You wanted more money to fix the problem you were supposed to fix in the first place. I believe most consumers completely understand this. More
