Great Service and Follow-Up The communications between the service department and myself were great. Nicholas kept me updated all along the way. There were no long delays in checking-in, getting a loaner and returning the car and checking out. All issues were addressed. There is still a part (grommet) that they needed to order, but if it's not covered by warranty I won't pay $216.00 for it, (which seems really really high). I will recommend their service department in the future. More

I needed to have my oil changed and we live 2 hours away. Overall the experience was exceptional. Nick could use some training I had an appointment with Nick at 7:30 to drop my car off before work. When I arrived at 7:30 nick was not there yet and I was told to go wait and he I had an appointment with Nick at 7:30 to drop my car off before work. When I arrived at 7:30 nick was not there yet and I was told to go wait and he should be in to work soon. He never came so thankfully another nice gentleman helped me out. Nick text later in the day to apologize for not being there and told me my car would be ready at 3:30 to pick up. I showed up at 4:30 and shocker, Nick was not there again and my car was not ready. Again some nice other workers helped get it finished and washed as quick as possible so I could get out of there. Morale of the story - don’t book an appointment with Nick. More
