Nick could use some training I had an appointment with Nick at 7:30 to drop my car off before work. When I arrived at 7:30 nick was not there yet and I was told to go wait and he I had an appointment with Nick at 7:30 to drop my car off before work. When I arrived at 7:30 nick was not there yet and I was told to go wait and he should be in to work soon. He never came so thankfully another nice gentleman helped me out. Nick text later in the day to apologize for not being there and told me my car would be ready at 3:30 to pick up. I showed up at 4:30 and shocker, Nick was not there again and my car was not ready. Again some nice other workers helped get it finished and washed as quick as possible so I could get out of there. Morale of the story - don’t book an appointment with Nick. More

Best experience so far at this service center. Quality of work was great, Nick was able to highlight the issues and helped me get out quickly and kept me posted on any issues with the car via text. you only had one job I came in for tire rotation. As soon as I left your premises my TPS indicated low pressure. Once home I checked the tires. The 2 rear tires, spe I came in for tire rotation. As soon as I left your premises my TPS indicated low pressure. Once home I checked the tires. The 2 rear tires, specified for 35psi were 27 and 28. I put air in them and have not lost a pound in a week. More
