Worst service center I've ever dealt with. Intentionally kept my vehicle for months so my warranty would expire. I feel that they never listened to my issues. Took my vehicle in 4 times to resolve the same issue. Each time I picked it up, the check engine light goes off on my drive back home/work. They say they are going to call back in 15 minutes and then never call back. My car is STILL not fixed and I have been extremely stressed from this entire situation. Terrible experience. I would never buy from Lake Ford again just due to the service department. More

We bought a car from here in July and it was the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership. We told them multiple time the vehicle had something wrong with the back end multiple times and the experience I have ever had with a car dealership. We told them multiple time the vehicle had something wrong with the back end multiple times and they kept ensuring us it was fine the back end would jump/jerk over bumps to the point it was hard to hold the steering wheel (this was the day after we purchased it we brought it to their attention agian we realized just how bad it was) agian they told us nothing was wrong. We eneded up bringing to the shop up the street from my work where they told us the alignment was so off they were unable to do anything due to incorrect parts (the dealership stated the original parts where recalled and these parts were correct)We brought it back to the dealership and thry still tried sending us away and said their mechanics said nothing was wrong my husband had to litteraly refuse to leave and show them the paperwork of the all in red numbers before their shop finally fixed it. my back alignment was EXTREMELY off the alignment shop told us we could have completely lost control of the vehicle. The manager came back and asked my husband if he heard him yell at the machanic as if he was the one that forced it to get fixed. This place will force to into a vehicle that had been "certified " and tell you it passed all these Pont inspections for the vehicle to not even be drive safely. I keep getting emails to leave a review well this was my experience if I could give no stars I would I even expressed how I wanted a vehicle that is safe for my kids and this is what I got. More
