Used the valet service for the first time. Supposed to be at my home around 11am, did not arrive until 1pm after I called to find out what happened. The routine service was performed and my vehicle was returned in top notch condition the next day. I used the valet option because my prior service experience waiting at the dealership was not very good. Had there not been thr scheduling issue I would have rated them 5 stars. More
