Service was a breeze from start to finish. Called for an appointment, which was made for later in the week. Was met promptly when I pulled in and authorized work to be completed. Directed me to the waiting room, where I waited for 30 or so minutes. The technician showed me concerns about the cabin filter, which I asked to be replaced. My car was finished about 10 minutes later. More

Dealership service center is struggling with mechanics. They scheduled me, then the mechanic went on a week-long vacation. My car was in for almost a whole month after having to wait 2 weeks for my appoint They scheduled me, then the mechanic went on a week-long vacation. My car was in for almost a whole month after having to wait 2 weeks for my appointment time. I had to call them to move the service along multiple times because they were not proactive in calling me when they finished the next step. This caused nearly 2 weeks in delays. They do not use the diagnostic fee toward the cost of the repair unlike most local shops, and their diagnostic fee is the highest in the area. They also ALWAYS leave my steering wheel, shift knob, handles, etc. greasy and disgusting for me when I pick it up. It is not a good feeling of quality when this happens. Generally just really over dealership service. Too bad my Hyundai is a piece of junk with constantly failing critical components of COURSE out of warranty. This is the second time in 2022 that critical, large-expense components have failed within 20,000 miles of the end of the standard warranty. The problem was fixed though (fuel pump failure) and my car is now drivable. However, we’ll see if the gas smell that keeps accumulating in the car goes away any time soon; that sounds like poor workmanship that could be potentially fatal. More

I called before the appointment and stated that my partner was dropping off my vehicle. I made it clear that I wanted them to call ME the owner of the vehicle to pay over the phone because I was at wo partner was dropping off my vehicle. I made it clear that I wanted them to call ME the owner of the vehicle to pay over the phone because I was at work and didn’t want him to pay. When making the appointment I specifically stated I only wanted an oil change, tire rotation, and wipers. The service agent over the phone told me the total would be around $150. Later in the day I contact my partner because I still hadn’t received the call. He then told me the total was $200. I asked what services they did and he said at the end they recommended new air filters. I am completely capable of installing my own air filters, that’s why I did not request that to be serviced. This is a predatory tactic, especially after THE OWNER OF THE VEHICLE specifically states the service they need. Instead they just want to take advantage of the extremely high labor rates…. It was installing an air filter……This is not the first time they have lured into unnecessary and costly services. It is shady and they clearly just want every last cent they can get.
