I have been the CEO of the Klaben Auto Stores since 2010. I started in the business in 1974, detailing cars. I learned quickly that a Family Business was both hard work and fulfilling, with a responsibility to the customers, the team members, and the communities which we serve. Titles represent responsibilities, not rank, as every team member, starting with me, is a Customer Service Representative. Throughout the years, I worked in various positions with responsibilities for every facet of the business as we grew into the Klaben Auto Stores. Today, our business model, upon which my Father (Albert Klaben Sr.) founded and grew the business, remains the same. Customers & Team Members (PEOPLE) are the foundation of our success. Hard work, respect, empathy, team-work, integrity, and a genuine concern for others are core tenets of that model. Moreover, none of it is possible without the Grace of God. We are blessed and I remain forever thankful.

Great service as always with Klaben. I always deal with the Klaben family, they treat me like I am a part of their family and I truly appreciate it They gave me a great deal on my new u I always deal with the Klaben family, they treat me like I am a part of their family and I truly appreciate it They gave me a great deal on my new used car. C.J. Wright was my sales person and I could not have asked for better. Christine Klaben finished up my deal in a very short amount of time which I also very much appreciated. It's hard to believe that she can keep all of the paperwork so straight and get through it all so quickly and accurately. Again, I thank Richard Klaben and Terry Colbert for the great deal they gave me and for being men of such great integrity. More
