They have been giving me the run around on the brakes since I bought the car. Did not change the brake pads when they changed the rotors and flunked me on inspection because the pads were low. Jason P. replied to my email and we were talking over the phone within minutes. He was knowledgeable, kind and compassionate to my predicament. Jason even FaceTimed with me so I could see the car. The purchase price and financial arrangements were handled by phone and email swiftly and with ease. Arrangements were made for me to pick up the car and complete the sale the next day. Upon my arrival, Justis N. was very thorough and explained the purchasing process. He also assisted me with completing my insurance coverage change. He was kind. informative and attentive, answering any questions that came up. Cody H. handled all of my financial affairs. He answered my questions and put my mind at ease in regards to what options to choose for the warranty. He was considerate to my financial predicament and very kind and helpful. The process was short and sweet. I expected it to be much longer. The whole time I was there, I felt like I was being treated with the utmost respect and kindness. My family has purchased three previous cars from Flood Mazda, and we just made our fourth purchase last week. We have been to other dealers in the past, but we have not had a pleasant buying process or se Mazda, and we just made our fourth purchase last week. We have been to other dealers in the past, but we have not had a pleasant buying process or service department process like what we have received at Flood Mazda. Rich was wonderful to assist my husband and I with purchasing our new CX-50, and he was so patient when he had to go through the test drive and vehicle features explanation process twice - we had our 2 year old with us that day, and Rich was so wonderful with her and understood what features were important to us in our next vehicle. We have also had fantastic experience with Steve and his service department staff, who are very knowledgeable and pleasant when our cars have been brought in to address an issue or a recall. We live in Connecticut and have two Mazda dealerships within 30 minutes of us, but we will continue to drive more than an hour to visit the team at Flood Mazda every time. More
