I’ve been a loyal customer of DCH Paramus Honda for years. In 2009, I bought a Honda Civic. In 2012, I returned it after lease and bought another car. In 2019, I purchased an Odyssey. Back then, Kadir Karagoz was our sales rep – a real gentleman who always helped us honestly and respectfully. But everything changed after he retired. In 2022, I came back to buy another car for my daughter – a 2023 Civic Sport. That’s when I got my first taste of betrayal. They pushed the “market shortage” excuse and charged me $5,000 over MSRP. I didn’t want to ruin the moment for my daughter, so I stayed silent. But I never forgot. Then came the real fraud. I had purchased the Lifetime Oil Change Program, but when my daughter recently went in for an oil change, they charged her $74.95 She didn’t know better and paid it. When I saw the invoice at home, I was shocked. We called them, and of course, they played the “Oops, our mistake” game and issued a credit. But it didn’t stop there. I went in later for rim repair and transmission fluid change. Guess what? On the invoice, I saw the $74.95 credit – but right below it, they added a $75 “miscellaneous” charge to cancel it out! How stupid do you think your customers are?! This is manipulation and fraud, plain and simple. You’re hoping people don’t check the details. I did. And from now on, I’m done with DCH Paramus Honda. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone, and I advise everyone to double-check every line on their invoices. Do not trust them blindly. DCH Honda has gone from trustworthy to shady. More

Another Amazing Experience – My 3rd Car from DCH Paramus Honda! I just purchased my third car from DCH Paramus Honda, and once again, they made me feel like family. I originally went in for an oil change Honda! I just purchased my third car from DCH Paramus Honda, and once again, they made me feel like family. I originally went in for an oil change on my 2024 Honda HR-V Sport AWD in Milano Red — a car I lovingly kept in pristine, like-new condition, with only 3,000 miles after 17 months. It was always hand-washed and detailed by me, accessorized inside and out, and parked safely in my driveway. To my delight, Chong Lee provided a great quote that included added accessories and a fair trade-in difference. The transition was seamless, thanks to the wonderful Kay Mercado, who handled everything with warmth and professionalism. Kay is smart, efficient, and ensured I left the same day with my new 2025 HR-V Sport AWD — same bold Milano Red, same features, and the same exterior accessories ordered. A special thanks to the gentleman in the service waiting area named Darren Lenino who kindly asked if anyone needed anything. I inquired about my car, and he immediately connected me with a sales consultant. Without his help, none of this would’ve been possible — his thoughtful assistance set everything in motion. This is the perfect car for me, and I couldn’t be happier with the service, honesty, and overall experience. I’ll be sharing photos of my new ride soon! Another fantastic experience at DCH Honda of Paramus. Ralph was great. I walked in without an appointment battery trouble. They were so busy, but Ralph,service adviser took care of me. Beware of these up-sellers! My 75+ year old mom took her 10+ year old Honda in because the car alarm was going off all night and she had no idea why. Instead of offering to disconnect the alarm or checking 10+ year old Honda in because the car alarm was going off all night and she had no idea why. Instead of offering to disconnect the alarm or checking her key fob for a malfunction, DCH told her she needed new door locks at the cost of $1000+! She unfortunately said yes without consulting with me first. How dare you, DCH Paramus Honda, take advantage of a senior citizen living Social Security check to Social Security check! More

Purchasing a new 2019 Honda CRV. I went to DCH to test drive the Honda CRV. After driving the car I was impress with the turbo engine. Even though the negotiating took a long time g I went to DCH to test drive the Honda CRV. After driving the car I was impress with the turbo engine. Even though the negotiating took a long time going back and forth. At the end DCH gave me a fair price for my tray in of the 2013 Subaru Outback. Ramon was the biggest reason I purchased the car. Ramon was helpful and patience. I would recommend my colleague to purchase Honda from him. More
