Derek stayed an extra 2 hours after closing on a rainy Saturday to make sure I was happy w my new truck! He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my specific questions. I didn't feel pressured and felt as though, as a women buyer, I wasn't treated as such.
I have already recommended him and Heritage to two other potential customers.

I went to several other Toyota dealerships before Heritage and I was getting discouraged. What a difference it was with Casey Morrow and Ryan Denecker. Casey is a genuinely pleasant person. He is thoroughly knowledgeable about the truck I was considering - I even know where to park my sunglasses now - and the maintenance plan. He made such efforts throughout the process of buying and getting my truck ready for me, from finding it off the vehicle carrier to standing in the rain as I drove off. Ryan listened to what I wanted and needed, then suggested options to me. He was patient and arranged a price that I feel good about. Two very nice guys, I'd recommend them.

Dealt with many salespeople, Ryan and Casey treated my wife and myself very professionally, yet they made our visit fun and exciting, if you cant joke with your customers, you should,nt be in this profession. Both Ryan and Casey were very well informed, kept the bull**** in another room, and made our purchase a fun experience. Will definitely give their names as the team to hook up with. One week after test driving the 2018 Rav4, I had nearly ruled it out for a different make. Derek called me to make sure we were being taken care of, regardless of the fact I was not totally sold on the Rav4. I had never experienced that kind of care while shopping for a car. I decided to take a second look at the car. The thoughtfulness and "no pressure" care that Derek provided, in conjunction with his GSM, Ryan Denecker, was fantastic. They were able to get us into a 2018 Rav4 XLE for the payment we wanted. At the signing, Christine Donahue was extremely pleasant to deal with. She made it effortless and fun to do the worst part of the car buying experience.
Today, I am pleased to be driving a Toyota and happy that my vehicle's services will be handled by some of the best in the area. I absolutely plan on being a repeat customer so long as Derek Blood and Ryan Denecker are there for me.
Ryan was my person who checked my car in. He was friendly and courteous. He made me feel welcomed and that I would be taken care of. He checked me in and off I went to the waiting room. I was there for my annual State inspection. In no time Ryan was telling m my car was ready. We went out to the service desk, my inspection was complete, he also went over Toyota’s inspection and said all was well.
I had mentioned that if possible I’d like the car washed. Sure enough there it was bright and shiny. The visit couldn’t have been better. And you have a gem in Ryan.
My truck was scheduled for a frame treatment, but failed the rust perforation test. I was told immediately, and am enjoying the Camry Hybrid we were given as a rental for my wife to try.
I have been going back to Heritage Toyota since 2000.
