Every employee I spoke with was professional and very friendly. They kept me informed and finished the oil change in a timely manner. I was expecting a tire rotation but was told it wasn’t necessary beca friendly. They kept me informed and finished the oil change in a timely manner. They didn’t pressure me about buying tires right then and I appreciated them being honest about not needing a rotation and charging me for that. More

Highly disappointed that I was quoted 1 price for a repair, but when I brought it in for the work, the price came out to $130 higher than my quote. When I asked about it, $20 was knocked off and that repair, but when I brought it in for the work, the price came out to $130 higher than my quote. When I asked about it, $20 was knocked off and that was it it. I would think that I should be asked if I want to pay the higher price before the work was done, what if I didn't have the funds available to pay it? More

Sadie walked me through the process and double checked what I needed to have done. She came back later and explained a filter issue that had come up in the inspection.
