Every employee I spoke with was professional and very friendly. They kept me informed and finished the oil change in a timely manner. I was expecting a tire rotation but was told it wasn’t necessary beca friendly. They kept me informed and finished the oil change in a timely manner. They didn’t pressure me about buying tires right then and I appreciated them being honest about not needing a rotation and charging me for that. More

Always pleasant and friendly. When service was complete, they tracked me down out on the lot. Highly disappointed that I was quoted 1 price for a repair, but when I brought it in for the work, the price came out to $130 higher than my quote. When I asked about it, $20 was knocked off and that repair, but when I brought it in for the work, the price came out to $130 higher than my quote. I would think that I should be asked if I want to pay the higher price before the work was done, what if I didn't have the funds available to pay it? More

We purchased our 2016 Outback from Maple Hill in 2018 and we have it serviced there. Sadie walked me through the process and double checked what I needed to have done. She came back later and explained a filter issue that had come up in the inspection.
