Sal always provides kind, informative and courteous service. The wait to have my new tires put on and rotated when I had 10:00 scheduled appointment was ABSURD. I waited for 3.5 hours to have two tires put on and rotate rear tires to front. Why have appointment if it’s going to take 3.5 hours anyway?! I don’t blame Sal for this but clearly someone dropped the ball. Still overall service for past three years I have been coming to Ferman has been excellent and I will be making another appointment to have my brakes serviced in next week or two. Andrew More
