Great While traveling through Tucson, I accidentally locked the keys in my 2015 Subaru Forester. No professionalism from the Service Director as well as the GM. Not customer focused and ultimately try to take advantage of its customers to benefit their agenda. We have been extremely mistreated and will go through every channel possible to expose these individuals for the unprofessionalism and mishandling of every aspect we’ve experienced. More

Excellent service and knowledge shown by staff. Steve Norris was very knowledgeable during our "Encore" meeting. We had many questions and he took his time and was explicit with his answers, showin Steve Norris was very knowledgeable during our "Encore" meeting. We had many questions and he took his time and was explicit with his answers, showing us the correct selections on the computer screen. He brought up some questions from other people which helped us understand the complexity of everything available in our Outback. He spent over an hour and made sure we were clear in our understanding of all the available options. Also said to call him if we had more questions. Very personable young man. Scott made sure our vehicle was cared for and in great shape. More

Very comfortable I was running late for my appointment because of traffic but they still managed to get me in and out in a reasonable time frame.
