I am always hesitant to buy a car from a dealership because of the negative publicity dealerships have gained throughout the years. I was pleasantly surprised with Honda of Lincoln. There were no pus because of the negative publicity dealerships have gained throughout the years. I was pleasantly surprised with Honda of Lincoln. There were no pushy, hard sales tactics. Anthony Sandoval and Laura Spencer were extremely personable and helpful. Anthony especially spent months watching for the perfect vehicle for me. He stayed in touch with me periodically to let me know he hadn't forgotten about me. He went above and beyond. Laura also kept me informed about the status of the car as we waited for detail and inspection. Scott Sweeney was a pleasure to work with in finance. He answered all of our questions and explained everything very nicely in terms we could understand. Finally, Andy Otte who worked with us to make the deal on the car was super in that he was willing to renegotiate a part of the deal at the very end of the transaction. We will definitely return to Honda of Lincoln when we are ready to buy another car. We will share this experience with others. And we appreciate the full tank of gas they sent us home with. More

Would not prioritize buying there except for service center, which still does a great job but is way more expensive and has developed policies which may benefit them but are not nearly as customer friendly. Once would only buy Honda; now place them only on par with other dealers. Dave Rose and Jim Hudson are stars who keep me coming back in spite of management. More
