I am always satisfied whenever I come to this dealership and Tony did not disappoint! This was the second time I’ve leased from Subaru of Jacksonville. Each time I’ve been met with highly enthusiastic, professional and extremely knowledgeable staff. Although my usual contact Sabino Ma Jacksonville. Each time I’ve been met with highly enthusiastic, professional and extremely knowledgeable staff. Although my usual contact Sabino Martinez wasn’t able to be there, he did set me up with Abigail Adam’s and Seth Rosen. They both helped me decide on my lease and walked me through the process easily. Ms. Adam’s a relatively new employee, knew everything about the vehicles I was interested in and I was impressed with her. She is a great addition to Subaru of Jacksonville. Seth Rosen was fantastic as well and was totally on top of everything. And of course I have to express my appreciation and pleasure of seeing AJ Miller again. The staff I’ve been fortunate to have met will keep me a loyal customer of Subaru of Jacksonville. Thank you all. More

Mia Q. did an excellent job. She kept us informed by calls and texts as she encouraged the shop to get the car ready after we placed a deposit. It took well did an excellent job. Since we didn't need financing the long wait to complete the paperwork seemed un necessary. Once Joseph was free, he did an excellent and efficient job also. 5 stars plus for Mia and Joseph! As for who is managing the used car department, it took too long to get through Subarus inspection and repairs. They would tell Mia it would be ready a certain date only to have that date come and go and gave another date only not to get done. It was finally promised at 10:00. After Mia checked it wasn't ready. Finally promised at 3 pm it was still being detailed, etc etc. My point is the manager needs more reliable shop people and supervise their progress. He also needs to get another finance person hired. We previously purchased 2 new cars from this dealership and felt valued and pleased with our experience. Both Mia and Joseph treated us professionally and respectfully as we commend their experience and people skills. The back shop not so much but that seems to be poor managing skills or employee shortages. More
