I enjoy the service provide at the dealership, however, the sales agent Luis N. offer a gift card of $40.00 not he never sent. I called him several times and email him twice. He just ignored it. I asked h the sales agent Luis N. offer a gift card of $40.00 not he never sent. I called him several times and email him twice. He just ignored it. I asked him serveral times while purchasing the car and he respond that I would get email with the link to the gift card. This has been the fourth car that I have purchased in this dealership. If a agent offers a gift card of product. He should do it. This experience has change my view of purchasing another car in the future. More
