True to their claim as Santa Cruz Community Toyota dealer. Everyone I spoke to or dealt with went out of their way to make buying a certified Toyota for the first time an easy process. Santa Cruz Toyota has been complete crap since the day I purchased this vehicle from them. Not using their service department for a single thing that isn’t already covered by my service plan. This service tech was perfectly adequate, I suppose. The dealership in general, especially the service department, flat out sucks. More
