I knew I wanted to purchase a used Toyota Highlander. Not just because we needed something bigger for the family but because we also trusted in the reliability and the safety of Toyota. What I didn’t exp Not just because we needed something bigger for the family but because we also trusted in the reliability and the safety of Toyota. What I didn’t expect was how well the Toyota staff would take care of us. I just wanted to test drive the vehicle before I made my final decision on the Highlander I had no intent to buy that day since I was there with my 2 year old and my newborn and both were not happy. However after spending sometime with Fin and Edwin and without feeling pressured we ran my credit just to see what I was working with( I was worries my credit was still a work in progress) they found a lender that gave me a really good deal and I drove the vehicle home that day. Fin got me way more for my trade in then I was expecting. The staff took care of my wife and kids while I handle the paperwork. They provided juice and snacks to my tantruming 2 year old. The day was long and tough but the Toyota staff made it easier and more comfortable for me and my family. We will definitely be returning for our future vehicular needs. More

Eddie was nice and helpful and I can tell he really wanted to help us but sonny was making it difficult for him but I like the first time when I went to go buy a car the manager was nice and helpful his name was tony and Edwin.The second time I buyed a car it had no gas at all the seller told me to come the next day To put gas and he was not there and the rest of the employees didn’t help me and just ignore me and said to come back. The guy didn’t answer my call and I was left half ways from my house I had to call my husband to come get me and get gas for the car cuz I was in the middle of no where and still till now they still haven’t put gas on my car like they promise me so is the last time I go to this dealership and I’ll make sure I’ll tell everyone I know about the bad service I had here. If I ever go back I will go only when Tony is there. More
