Accord purchase I have had six Accords. Four from Herb Chambers (HC) Honda of Seekonk. Each HC Accord was sold to me by Homero Lima. I do not buy from anyone else. I have had six Accords. Four from Herb Chambers (HC) Honda of Seekonk. Each HC Accord was sold to me by Homero Lima. I do not buy from anyone else. We have from the start had, and since built a salesman/client relationship which is second to none. He is a friend. I have never done car business with, in my opinion, anyone better. I trust his knowledge and advise. On my last purchase (Feb. 2018) I got a 2018 Accord which (by very rare chance) I noticed a day later had electrical problems. I phoned Homero at HC from the road near Boston, and he told me to drop by. It was late in the day Sunday, so I was given a loaner while they investigated the issue. The following morning I phoned Homero and indicated to him that I did not feel comfortable with that car. Without hesitation, Homero said that he would speak with his manager about getting a identical Accord as a replacement. An hour later Homero phoned me to tell me his manager authorized him to get the replacement which they did have in stock, from the warehouse. We re-did the paperwork that evening, and I could not be happier. I guess I could say I’ve had seven, and counting. I don’t buy from anyone else. Homero, and HC made things right, in what could not have been a smoother transition. Call Him! More

He goes above and beyond to help me take care of my car (s) - always making sure my customer experience is exceptional. He is also wonderfully nice and a pleasure to work with! I couldn't say enough nice things about him. :) When I recently wanted to purchase a second car so I could give my older car to my college son, Tim introduced me to just the right salesman - knowing I would appreciate someone genuine. Danny was beyond wonderful to work with! He had answers to all my questions (or knew just where to go to get them), went above and beyond to make sure my car was perfect for me and that my experience was easy - and he is an authentic, genuinely nice person that was a delight to work with. 3 Months later My wife and I had been looking at a new Pilot for a few months. Man were those things tough to nail down! Herb Chambers was the only dealership in th My wife and I had been looking at a new Pilot for a few months. Man were those things tough to nail down! Herb Chambers was the only dealership in the area willing to locate what we wanted, at the price we wanted to pay. Scott had one driven down from New Hampshire and sent me a surprise email at 2AM saying they had found one and it would be there by 1PM. Amazing! We worked with James on site and Danielle (online) before hand. The entire process was quick and painless and later that day we drove home in my wife's dream car. We will absolutely be back! On a side note, 2 days after we purchased the vehicle, by some random act we had a wire pierce the sidewall of one of the tires. They took care of the tire the next morning in less than an hour!
