It is a pleasure to do business with Tim Islip in Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk. I've known Tim for several years through the service department, and consider him a friend. I also can attest to his consistent friendly and positive attitude. Not just with me, but towards anyone I've witnessed encountering him. I generally seek Tim out when scheduling service, and when I arrive. All of the service department personnel are very kind, knowledgable, pleasant to do business with as well, but I usually look for Tim due to our lengthy business association. More

Purchacing a 2010 Honda CRV EXL I enjoyed working with Ara. I had many questions and he answered them thoroughly. He was patient with me when I didn't understand how the remote sta I enjoyed working with Ara. I had many questions and he answered them thoroughly. He was patient with me when I didn't understand how the remote starter and blue tooth worked and didn't seem to mind explaining the procedures to me several times. I test drove the car several times before I bought it and he was more than willing to have me do so. I felt the car had a cigarette or cigar smell and Ara set up an appointment with the service center to have the smell removed. Danielle notified me by e-mail that the process was complete and the car was ready. Ara was also willing to find a lift so I could examine the car's underneath which was important to me. The price of the car was reduced before I bought it and Danielle let me know by e-mail. I was especially please with that because the price was the one reservation that I had and the reduction in price made me feel comfortable with the whole deal. Having your dealership help register the car was also a plus. Buying a car can be stressful but Ara helped make the process easier. More

Extremely Professional Representative My wife and I knew what car we wanted when we went to the dealership. As car payments were a big factor we thought we wanted an LX model. KB honored our request for that model and we test drove one. My wife was not in love with the car overall and I actually thought the deal was not going to happen. KB never rushed us and never made us feel uncomfortable. Instead he took the time to walk through the lot with us to view many other models. Once my wife saw a white EX model she immediately knew that that was the right car. KB spent a great deal of time with us explaining the difference and help us make the deal work. If the dealership has more people like KB I would say that your dealership is in great hands. We will definitely be back to visit KB on any future purchases More
