I don't know if Tonya Ness was the person from the service dept I dealt with but whomever it was she was great! I was impressed my wait time was a little over half an hour; usually it's a couple of h service dept I dealt with but whomever it was she was great! Tonya and Errol went above and beyond to work with AUL to have my wheel bearing and speed sensor replaced. Tonya had the claim approved without me having to do anything - and when there was a delay in the se have my wheel bearing and speed sensor replaced. Tonya had the claim approved without me having to do anything - and when there was a delay in the service, she worked with Errol to extend my rental. I thought I'd have a problem with the service contract (you hear horror stories online), but Tonya did all the work with them and Errol got me back on the road in a rental in no time! More
