7/27 purchased vehicle. 7/31 check engine light comes on. I leave messages via email and text expressing I would like a phone call on Monday. 8/1 I call around 11 a.m. since 7/31 check engine light comes on. I leave messages via email and text expressing I would like a phone call on Monday. 8/1 I call around 11 a.m. since nobody has called and explain that the check engine light had come on. I'm told I can bring in the vehicle after work and they will be able to service my vehicle. I am told my rep is busy and they will pass on the message. I get a text from my rep in the afternoon asking if I got her email. I was expecting a call not an email. So in the end I was told to bring the car in for service no loaners are available, but they let me take the chase car. 8/2 get a call saying the catalytic converter had gone bad and car will be ready by Thursday 8/4 and that they will call when it's ready. 8/5 I receive the title. 8/5 I call to see if they forgot to call and am assured they will be working on it. Because I have a car I'm okay with that. 8/6 I attempt to register the vehicle with the BMV and I'm told the car can't be registered since it's due for an e-check. I call Ganley and explain the situation and ask for them to do an e-check before I pick up my car from the repairs. The lady says she will pass on the message and she will have my rep call me. My rep didn't have time to call until the end of the day and I missed the call but the message implied that she had no clue why I called which was weird. I'm sure they are short staffed like everyone else. This just hasn't been a good experience. More

After the experience I had with Ken Ganley Ford West. I will not be buying another vehicle from them or recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. The truck they sold me has a leak coming from the sunroof. I asked about a replacement trim piece for the bumper. They promised they would send me one. Postage was not paid in full and I had to pick it up from the post office and cover the additional postage for the part. Upon opening the part, I find that it’s a used part with scuffs on it. More

Pam was super knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. She broke things down into understandable language for me and was very patient. She did a great job helping me secure a great extended warranty on the vehicle I purchased which was a huge win and really made me feel complete in this purchase! More
