I'll gave BRYCE All 5 Stars: We have been very loyal Maita Customers since 2008; during that time we have only had a grand total of (4) four Service Advisors. One has retired, one is now is a different Maita position and the other two are in Service Dept Management Positions at Maita. My new Service Advisor is now Bryce Shibata. He is a very energetic, well versed Toyota guy who has excellent Customer Service Skills (kinda like the previous 4 Service Advisors). I prefer to deal with the same person each time I come there so that person has a good working knowledge of our individual vehicles. No reply to an email sent to the service manager 2 weeks ago about the installation of wiper blades. I had told technician I personally had replaced front wipes 3 months prior and the rear blade 6 weeks pr ago about the installation of wiper blades. I had told technician I personally had replaced front wipes 3 months prior and the rear blade 6 weeks prior. I tried out the rear blade on my dirty rear window and only half of the blade made contact with the glass. Picture sent. I was also promised the old blades and did not find them in the vehicle. More
