The best experience I have ever in Sarant Cadillac. I’m very close to King o rouke in smithtown but I was never happy with them. So it’s worth to go to Sarant to be satisfied. My husband and I had a very positive experience with both the dealership and our salesman, Alexander Bowen. Alexander was very professional and courteous, and very knowledgeable about the car we purchased t the dealership and our salesman, Alexander Bowen. Alexander was very professional and courteous, and very knowledgeable about the car we purchased the 2023 XT5. He spent a lot of time with us setting up the car( to personalize it( settings etc.) and was very patient with us and all our questions. He did not rush us.
