Very frustrating. It's like they didn't hear what we said. Drop car night before. Supposed done by noon. Was on phone for over 20 minutes couldn't find service. Nothing done to car. Great job Stas!. Stas is a pleasure to work with. He communicated back and forth with me via phone, text, and in person. She walked me through the process from start to finish and is a great addition to the Gateway Team.
