I didn't take the car I intended to take in the first place but I got I may say an even better choice at the end thanks to junior . Noticed a lot of Honda CR-Vs on he road and was curious to know why they were so popular. Did an internet search for Honda dealers in Irvine and found Norm Reeves Honda.. Browsed their web-sit for information about the CR-V and found it to be very complete and informative. I then went on-line to AAA for car buying assistance and they sent me a discount certificate for Norm Reeves Honda. The same day I received a call from Michael an internet manager who set up a test drive appointment for 3 days later. Prior to the appointment I went back to the Norm Reeves's site to look at the available inventory of 2016 CR-V's and found A Burgundy 2016 CR-V SE that I liked.. The day before the appointment Michael call me to confirm and I gave him the stock #. He said he wound have it ready for the test drive. The test drive convinced me that this was the car for me. Everyone I met were extremely helpful.

And I am not happy with the car. My car is 2014 Accord I have Ac problems and starter problem and battery problem but Louis take care of me very good again I am happy with Louis but I am not happy with the car they sold it to me.

We purchased an Odyssey despite not being excited about owning a mini van. Alfonso was able to show us some alternatives and highlight the features of the Odyssey. Alfonso was great to work with-not at all pushy or aggressive. He gave us a great test drive and was quite knowledgeable. If he happened to not know an answer, he immediately went to find it. The location of the dealership and ease of parking were also great. The rest of the team we worked with were also pleasant (even during that dreaded negotiation stage).
I bought my Honda Civic from them back in 2003 and by coincidence returned for this purchase-both experiences allow me to confidently refer other new car buyers to check them out.

I WAS THIS MORNING AT CAPITOL HONDA IN ORDER TO HAVE MY CAR SERVICE FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE. I DID WAIT 20 MINUTES AND NO REPRESENTATIVE DID HAVE THE COURTESY TO COME AND TALK. THERE WAS 8 MORE PEOPLE AWAITING AND TRUST ME EVERYBODY WERE VERY UPSET WITH THE POOR SERVICE RIGTH AS WE GET IN. THAT IS A BAD BUSINESS CARD. OBVIOUSLY I TURN ON MY CAR ENGINE AND LEFT. THIS IS AN OUTGOING ISSUE WITH THE SERVICE REPS.
THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR SUCH DELAY AND LACK OF RESPECT FOR THE PEOPLE THAT SPENT THOUSANDS OD DOLLARS IN BUYING AN HONDA.
HOWEVER I HAVE TO BE FAIR AND GIVE THE HEADS UP TO THE PEOPLE THAT WORK SERVICING THE CARS AS THEY DO A GOOD JOB.

I'm a service customer. I live in Petaluma. I drive 25 miles to Kastner Honda so that my service writer, Danise Collins, can arrange for service on my 2006 Pilot. My car has over 300,000 miles on it. It usually only needs routine maintenance. On a couple of occasions, it has needed repairs, due to mistreatment of the car.
Danise and the mechanics that do the work that she orders do their work quickly, neatly and accurately. They get it right the first time, every time. Danise is courteous, efficient and very reliable.
She goes out of her way to make the service convenient.

A better car buying experience I have not had. No pressure, no haggling; I got what I wanted for my trade, and they matched another dealers price I got from Costco for the new car.
Everyone was warm, welcoming and best of all, none of the sort of high pressure treatment one would expect from a store like a normal Honda/Toyota/Chevy mass market dealer.
Jerry Forbes helped me over two days, and Marco doing all my paperwork was a breeze. The day after looking I came in to purchase, and I was in and out in a few hours. I would highly recommend anyone give these guys a chance at your business. It can get super busy on weekends, so if you can swing a weekday, you may be better off. Apparently this dealership was taken over a few months ago by another management group, so old reviews here may not be irrelevant.
Only small irritating thing is customer parking sucks, is nearly non existent and not marked at all (just park where you see a free space whether its marked or not). When all is said and done however, super happy customer; hoping this continues through service appointments to come.

We recently purchased a 2015 Honda CRV AWD EXL from Thurston.
We had an all cash offer agreed to prior to purchase and expressed our desire to have the actual sale and pickup process as streamlined and straight forward as possible with no unnecessary credit application requirement.
Tracey Thurston himself set up a very good experience and introduced us to John Daniels who took us through the necessary paperwork as painlessly as possible and with no surprises.
Then Juan Sandoval went through every aspect of how the CRV worked and all it's features and set up the initial electronic preferences to our liking (he did an extremely thorough job and displayed an intimate understanding of the vehicle we were purchasing).
Overall, the experience was a breath of fresh air after a number of false starts and failed promises at other Honda dealerships.
