Maintenance and inspection was done in less than an hour i.e. Oil change, air filter replacement, tire rotation etc. I am very happy that i didn't wait too long considering it was a Saturday.
Five stars and thumbs up to the service crew especially to Louis Weatherspoon who always helped me everytime I drop by Honda Service Center- Glendale.

Hardin Honda is by far one of the best dealers around. They really provide great customer service. Matt Carper worked with us and when I say he did a great job I really mean it. He was very polite and made me feel like I was making the right choice for what I needed. He was always keeping the conversation light and ongoing never made me feel uncomfortable. I took my Pilot 2012 for repair and Arturo Figueroa helped me out. He ALWAYS takes good care of my car that's why I always ask for him. My car needed parts to be ordered from NY to CA and he made sure I would get them as fast as possible and made it free of charge!!! I had to leave my car overnight and offered me a rental for free!!! Definitely an A+ service.

We've been looking for weeks and no success. Getting really disappointed and frustrated with the dealerships that we went to (refusing to sell the car because we don't want the security system, the extended warranties, and not financing with them even though we're ready to buy that day). Then someone suggested to go talk to Lorraine and we did. She did her best to understand our needs and made sure that we got what we wanted. After hearing our story (the vehicle is a replacement for a totaled one due to an accident), she got us the best deal she could find. We got the CPO Kia Soul (make, model, year perfect) we've been searching. She wasn't pushy like the others, which drew us to her. Lovely person to talk to as well! We truly appreciate the genuine help and concern, that we didn't get from other dealerships. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them again and again!

Went in for a recall. They were prepared and had it done quickly (another dealer told me it would take 2 visits). Asked for a free service (attaching a part that had come off) and it was done for free.

SHAME ON YOU CAPITOL SERVICE HONDA FOR SUCH POOR WELCOME - rmc
I WAS THIS MORNING AT CAPITOL HONDA IN ORDER TO HAVE MY CAR SERVICE FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE. I DID WAIT 20 MINUTES AND NO REPRESENTATIVE DID HAVE THE COURTESY TO COME AND TALK. THERE WAS 8 MORE PEOPLE AWAITING AND TRUST ME EVERYBODY WERE VERY UPSET WITH THE POOR SERVICE RIGTH AS WE GET IN. THAT IS A BAD BUSINESS CARD. OBVIOUSLY I TURN ON MY CAR ENGINE AND LEFT. THIS IS AN OUTGOING ISSUE WITH THE SERVICE REPS.
THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR SUCH DELAY AND LACK OF RESPECT FOR THE PEOPLE THAT SPENT THOUSANDS OD DOLLARS IN BUYING AN HONDA.
HOWEVER I HAVE TO BE FAIR AND GIVE THE HEADS UP TO THE PEOPLE THAT WORK SERVICING THE CARS AS THEY DO A GOOD JOB.

I'm a service customer. I live in Petaluma. I drive 25 miles to Kastner Honda so that my service writer, Danise Collins, can arrange for service on my 2006 Pilot. My car has over 300,000 miles on it. It usually only needs routine maintenance. On a couple of occasions, it has needed repairs, due to mistreatment of the car.
Danise and the mechanics that do the work that she orders do their work quickly, neatly and accurately. They get it right the first time, every time. Danise is courteous, efficient and very reliable.
She goes out of her way to make the service convenient.

A better car buying experience I have not had. No pressure, no haggling; I got what I wanted for my trade, and they matched another dealers price I got from Costco for the new car.
Everyone was warm, welcoming and best of all, none of the sort of high pressure treatment one would expect from a store like a normal Honda/Toyota/Chevy mass market dealer.
Jerry Forbes helped me over two days, and Marco doing all my paperwork was a breeze. The day after looking I came in to purchase, and I was in and out in a few hours. I would highly recommend anyone give these guys a chance at your business. It can get super busy on weekends, so if you can swing a weekday, you may be better off. Apparently this dealership was taken over a few months ago by another management group, so old reviews here may not be irrelevant.
Only small irritating thing is customer parking sucks, is nearly non existent and not marked at all (just park where you see a free space whether its marked or not). When all is said and done however, super happy customer; hoping this continues through service appointments to come.
