The only negative experience I had was in finance. The gentleman there would not accept that I was not interested and his persistence made me feel foolish for passing on his offers. Otherwise I had an amazing buying experience thanks to Daniel and the rest of the staff there. I would certainly recommend Galpin Honda to friends and family! 😊

I am a college student who has worked and saved since high school and it was about time that I got my license and a car. I first started looking for a new car about 6 months ago. At first I was leaning towards a Toyota Corolla and a Honda Civic, however the Civic didn't work out because it was just wayyy too low for me. I was shown the Honda HR-V after I wrote off the Civic in my list of possible cars at Long Beach Honda. I had since done excessive research on the HR-V and fell in love. I first visited this dealership last year in November after I had a not too friendly encounter with the salesman at Long Beach Honda (the very definition of a sleezy, pushy and rude salesman). Part of me would like to name him, but I wont because this is about Kash ;) ANYWAY, Kash let me test drive the vehicle and went over the vehicle's features. He gave me his card and I unfortunately misplaced it. So February comes around and I'm ready to make my purchase. I sent vehicle inquiries to several dealerships to get the most competitive price. Kash replied back with a quote. I was unable to find a dealership that beat Norm Reeves, and only one offered to match the price so I stayed with Norm Reeves. We scheduled to get on with the business the following Friday. I came prepared, Kash was prepared and the entire process only took about two hours. I'm glad I was able to do business with him. He helped set up my bluetooth before I left, and the next day when I called him because I locked my steering wheel he answered right away and explained the way of motion to unlock it. I am happy to leave a review for him. Kash, if I come across anyone in the market for a Honda, I'll send them your way!

After going to another dearlership and being treating very poorly, I reached out to Troy Watson. He treated me patience and respect and got me the exact car I was looking. Gave me a great deal on top of all that. I would have given 5 stars, but the finance guy was extremely slow. I didn't leave the dealership until after 10pm (got there at 6pm). Credit to Troy though, he waited there basically all by himself and saw me off the lot in my new car. This was amazing considering how stressful the car search was earlier that day, dealing with horrible salesmen at other Honda dealerships.

I got an internet price via email for a CR-V and after a test drive decided to buy. Unfortunately, the price I was quoted assumed financing through Honda and I was planning to pay with a check. The price was going to be higher if I paid by check. This unexpected change surprised me and I left without buying the car. Later that evening, I got a call from the sales manager who apologized for the misunderstanding and offered to let me buy the car at the original price. I took him up on this generous offer because it was still the best price I’d found. I had a great buying experience at South Bay Honda the next day and love my new CR-V.

I was help by Brice I explain to him everything the way I wanted to do the purchase and he was very helpful, I thought everything was ready to go when he introduce me to the sales manager Robert Welch. It was like I never told to Brice. I had to negotiate all over again( what a waste of time.) EXTREMELY pushy trying to sell packages when I had already mention no add on. I also had to refuse several times from Rafael the finance person the same sale pinch about adding on packages.

I'm a service customer. I live in Petaluma. I drive 25 miles to Kastner Honda so that my service writer, Danise Collins, can arrange for service on my 2006 Pilot. My car has over 300,000 miles on it. It usually only needs routine maintenance. On a couple of occasions, it has needed repairs, due to mistreatment of the car.
Danise and the mechanics that do the work that she orders do their work quickly, neatly and accurately. They get it right the first time, every time. Danise is courteous, efficient and very reliable.
She goes out of her way to make the service convenient.

See Marco in the service department. He was great. Took care of me right away, stayed in touch through the duration of having my vehicle, made sure I was happy before hanging up each and every time. Upon pick up, Marco walked me through everything dome to my vehicle, went over the invoice, made sure I didn't have any questions before sending me to the cashier. This was the best experience I've have with any service department. Management should consider him being a trainer as he truly sets a great example that others should follow for continued customer retention and satisfaction.

We recently purchased a 2015 Honda CRV AWD EXL from Thurston.
We had an all cash offer agreed to prior to purchase and expressed our desire to have the actual sale and pickup process as streamlined and straight forward as possible with no unnecessary credit application requirement.
Tracey Thurston himself set up a very good experience and introduced us to John Daniels who took us through the necessary paperwork as painlessly as possible and with no surprises.
Then Juan Sandoval went through every aspect of how the CRV worked and all it's features and set up the initial electronic preferences to our liking (he did an extremely thorough job and displayed an intimate understanding of the vehicle we were purchasing).
Overall, the experience was a breath of fresh air after a number of false starts and failed promises at other Honda dealerships.
