Jeff is fluent in Mandarin which was helpful since the car was for my mom and he was able to explain the features to her in Mandarin.

First time Leasing a new car - Boston
I have always bought my new cars and have never leased a car before. This time I leased a brand new Honda Accord. My experience at Norm Reeves Honda was one that I want to share, because it was an excellent experience compared to the rest of my experiences when getting a new car. I believe the experience was as such because of the Salesman, Jim Saber and the Finance person Rick Acosta. They were both excellent! I would recommend the dealership and would tell anyone I recommended to ask for Jim and Rick!

Why we ended up purchasing our vehicle from Goudy Honda.
Truth is, the entire process from first contact with John was an overall Excellent. John was responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. As we neared the big day to sign docs, I was thrown a curve ball that required manager approval. John fought to keep the deal alive and despite the hiccup, the outcome was our 4th car from Goudy.
Trying to be an informed shopper, I did research and asked sales people from different dealerships. I immediately connected with John. I believe he really has the interest of the buyer in mind to get people in the car they want without over compromising the dealership (it's sales after all and both sides come together to make a deal)
I told John that if anyone in my social network is looking for a Honda, that I would absolutely refer them over to John.

The dealership is clean, welcoming and the employees are genuinely nice and sincere. They make your experience a well remembered one. I had the pleasure of working with Chris Foy. Upon my arrival he knew what I wanted and my budget, as we spoke beforehand. When I arrived he had several options for me. I thought I wanted one type of vehicle but after test driving multiple vehicles, I found that the Accord was the car for me. Chris was very patient, extremely knowledgeable, and sincere. I was surprised that the process was not long at all. Trust me I have been at dealerships all day trying to buy a car. This was not the case, Chris and the gang had it all together; they are very professional. Chris even delivered my vehicle to me as I had special fabric treatment put on the seats. Chris then took time to explain all the bells and whistles and features of my new car! I would recommend the Manly Honda experience.

I came in looking for a car and I met the most wonderful salesman - Daniel Gigena . To say I had the best experience with him would be an understatement. Please ask for him when you go in to Miata Honda on Greenback, Citrus Heights. I visited a lot of Maita Honda dealerships and he was the best in explaining the differences between Honda and Toyota, and Nissan i n a way that made sense to our needs. He took the time to understand our needs and helped us tailor a car to what we needed. He takes great care of his clients, and will give you what is best for you even at his own expense. I left there with exactly what I wanted. First , even though I was late, and the dealership closes at 8, he stayed with us till almost midnight to make sure we left with our car. Even though it was close to midnight, he sat with us in the car and explained the car features in great detail, and I cannot sing his praises enough. Thank you Danny.

I got an internet price via email for a CR-V and after a test drive decided to buy. Unfortunately, the price I was quoted assumed financing through Honda and I was planning to pay with a check. The price was going to be higher if I paid by check. This unexpected change surprised me and I left without buying the car. Later that evening, I got a call from the sales manager who apologized for the misunderstanding and offered to let me buy the car at the original price. I took him up on this generous offer because it was still the best price I’d found. I had a great buying experience at South Bay Honda the next day and love my new CR-V.

We recently purchased a 2015 Honda CRV AWD EXL from Thurston.
We had an all cash offer agreed to prior to purchase and expressed our desire to have the actual sale and pickup process as streamlined and straight forward as possible with no unnecessary credit application requirement.
Tracey Thurston himself set up a very good experience and introduced us to John Daniels who took us through the necessary paperwork as painlessly as possible and with no surprises.
Then Juan Sandoval went through every aspect of how the CRV worked and all it's features and set up the initial electronic preferences to our liking (he did an extremely thorough job and displayed an intimate understanding of the vehicle we were purchasing).
Overall, the experience was a breath of fresh air after a number of false starts and failed promises at other Honda dealerships.

We bought a 2014 CRV (new) at the dealership, and then leased a 2017 Accord Hybrid. We worked with a salesman named Larry Silk both times. He was great. Very low pressure, turned paperwork around quickly, and was knowledgeable. I can't speak to the other sales people there, but he made what we usually dread (a trip to the dealer) into a more than tolerable experience. When it came time to haggle over price, we found the process went much faster and less painful than at other dealerships we've dealt with. We were pleased with the price both times - better than the going rates we had found on-line both times. They didn't aggressively try to upsell us on extended warranties and the like. We have thus far been happy with their service as well. And we love both cars!
