We had a great experience with Bryan Kerr at Norm Reeves Honda. He was very prompt in our internet pricing inquiry on a new 2017 Honda Pilot Elite. Among other offers, his price stood out by a lot, to the point that other dealerships would not match the offer and even scared us that he was using sneaky tactics to hide additional fees. When we spoke by phone, though, he assured us that he doesn't play those games and, sure enough, his offer was legit when we met him in person. He was also very friendly and accommodating to our busy schedules, agreeing to meet with us later in the evening (even after his normal work hours). If there was one [minor] flaw, it was the time it took to get to the Finance department to finalize paperwork (only because there were 1-2 other deals ahead of us in queue.) Overall, though, from beginning to end, it was one of the best experiences I've had buying a car.

My wife and I were greeted by Michael Lenhart. Michael ask what we were looking for in the way of a new or used auto. We were shown a 2014 Pilot, he went over all the features and answered all of our questions and concerns. We actually had a Pilot on our wish list and this one fit the bill.
Michael treated us like family throughout the buying process. He worked with us on pricing of the Pilot and our van trade in. We went over the Car Facts sheet and he explained what a certified vehicle meant.
We were taken on a tour of the dealership and introduced to staff members. Every staff member we met where very friendly and professional.

I arrived at Hardin 45 minutes before closing and waited a little while for an available sales associate to show me the car. It was an aggressively priced and barely used '16 Civic that seemed too good to be true. 10-15 minutes later, I met Rob Klemenz, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't do any hard-selling. The test drive was pleasant and we chitchatted about cars and Honda. After that (approaching midnight), we went straight to finance and Daniel Carmolinga took care of the paperwork with efficiency. Thanks, Daniel! It was the most positive car-buying experience I've ever had and I'll definitely return to Hardin (with assistance from Rob) to check out the upcoming Civic Si and Type R!

I got an internet price via email for a CR-V and after a test drive decided to buy. Unfortunately, the price I was quoted assumed financing through Honda and I was planning to pay with a check. The price was going to be higher if I paid by check. This unexpected change surprised me and I left without buying the car. Later that evening, I got a call from the sales manager who apologized for the misunderstanding and offered to let me buy the car at the original price. I took him up on this generous offer because it was still the best price I’d found. I had a great buying experience at South Bay Honda the next day and love my new CR-V.

I was help by Brice I explain to him everything the way I wanted to do the purchase and he was very helpful, I thought everything was ready to go when he introduce me to the sales manager Robert Welch. It was like I never told to Brice. I had to negotiate all over again( what a waste of time.) EXTREMELY pushy trying to sell packages when I had already mention no add on. I also had to refuse several times from Rafael the finance person the same sale pinch about adding on packages.

We recently purchased a 2015 Honda CRV AWD EXL from Thurston.
We had an all cash offer agreed to prior to purchase and expressed our desire to have the actual sale and pickup process as streamlined and straight forward as possible with no unnecessary credit application requirement.
Tracey Thurston himself set up a very good experience and introduced us to John Daniels who took us through the necessary paperwork as painlessly as possible and with no surprises.
Then Juan Sandoval went through every aspect of how the CRV worked and all it's features and set up the initial electronic preferences to our liking (he did an extremely thorough job and displayed an intimate understanding of the vehicle we were purchasing).
Overall, the experience was a breath of fresh air after a number of false starts and failed promises at other Honda dealerships.
