(late post for December 24, 2016) On today's visit I brought in my 2013 CRV, brought in for an oil change and a tire rotation. once again, this is for Kristina which is the only service adviser I go to. Kristina had me in and out of the dealership in little to no time which is always great. She came to me with a recommendation which I am considering and will come back when the time is just right. My buying experience at Weir Canyon Honda was great. I worked with Jon Bergstrom who assisted me the moment I walked in. I never had a Honda product and wanted to drive a few of them. Jon was quick to show me a few cars and let me test drive 4 of them. I never once felt that I was pressured to buy on the spot and Jon kept in constant communication with me during the buying process. At the end of the day, I decided to buy a Civic Touring sedan. General Manager Made Things Right - Girl on the Road 2016
A couple issues with our car surfaced immediately after the sale. Honda gave us a courtesy car for a couple weeks while things were made right with the audio/navigation system. It was not the purchase experience we were expecting and the excitement of a new (used) car turned into disappointment. Nick Dunlea, the General Manager, personally monitored the situation. After we got the car back, he went above and beyond what I ever expected and made up for the inconvenience and disappointment. I gave a 4 star rating because things didn't go well, but would recommend this dealership because I can trust them to stand behind what they sell and take care of the customer.

When you think of going to a dealership, you think im going to get taken advantage of. Or at least that's how I've always viewed it. I have never had an experience where I left a dealership and thinking to myself, WOW! I'm blown away at the customer service and care that I was given. Knowing that they had my best interest and didn't want to just "sell me a car" makes me reconsider my views on a dealership. My sales rep, Kubilay, took the information I gave him, and met EVERY need that I had. He spent hours making sure that I was comfortable, happy, and positive that I was making the right decision. He didn't try to put me in something I couldn't afford. He brought me everything I described that I needed to meet my highest standards. I definitely gave him the run around but he never stopped pleasing me and doing it with a smile! When I reached finance to sign all the documents, Tamer, continued to express the outstanding customer service that Scott Robinson Honda had to offer. He really made sure that I had everything that would benefit me while keeping me safe and happy with the vehicle at a price I was comfortable with! I got an internet price via email for a CR-V and after a test drive decided to buy. Unfortunately, the price I was quoted assumed financing through Honda and I was planning to pay with a check. The price was going to be higher if I paid by check. This unexpected change surprised me and I left without buying the car. Later that evening, I got a call from the sales manager who apologized for the misunderstanding and offered to let me buy the car at the original price. I took him up on this generous offer because it was still the best price I’d found. I had a great buying experience at South Bay Honda the next day and love my new CR-V.
Excellent Repair and Maintenance - petaluma jim
I'm a service customer. I live in Petaluma. I drive 25 miles to Kastner Honda so that my service writer, Danise Collins, can arrange for service on my 2006 Pilot. My car has over 300,000 miles on it. It usually only needs routine maintenance. On a couple of occasions, it has needed repairs, due to mistreatment of the car.
Danise and the mechanics that do the work that she orders do their work quickly, neatly and accurately. They get it right the first time, every time. Danise is courteous, efficient and very reliable.
She goes out of her way to make the service convenient.

I came to this dealer with a price in mind for a new 2016 CRV EX-L. After talking with Roosevelt Brown by phone they were able to meet the my price. Two weeks later we were in Modesto visiting relatives, we met with Roosevelt and drove away with the car. When we first talked he did not have the car on the lot, but he assured us that he could find one (silver, two wheel drive, EX-L). I was unsure of what to expect considering Mistlin Honda is 7 hours away and our only agreements were over the phone, but Roosevelt's promises were all carried through. He was the perfect gentleman and salesman. I would definitely recommend Mistlin Honda. Ask for Roosevelt. The review below asks if we were left alone for over 5 minutes. I should have left this item blank because it was never an issue.

See Marco in the service department. He was great. Took care of me right away, stayed in touch through the duration of having my vehicle, made sure I was happy before hanging up each and every time. Upon pick up, Marco walked me through everything dome to my vehicle, went over the invoice, made sure I didn't have any questions before sending me to the cashier. This was the best experience I've have with any service department. Management should consider him being a trainer as he truly sets a great example that others should follow for continued customer retention and satisfaction.

We recently purchased a 2015 Honda CRV AWD EXL from Thurston.
We had an all cash offer agreed to prior to purchase and expressed our desire to have the actual sale and pickup process as streamlined and straight forward as possible with no unnecessary credit application requirement.
Tracey Thurston himself set up a very good experience and introduced us to John Daniels who took us through the necessary paperwork as painlessly as possible and with no surprises.
Then Juan Sandoval went through every aspect of how the CRV worked and all it's features and set up the initial electronic preferences to our liking (he did an extremely thorough job and displayed an intimate understanding of the vehicle we were purchasing).
Overall, the experience was a breath of fresh air after a number of false starts and failed promises at other Honda dealerships.
