After a few exchange of calls, I could tell that Ted Suh was looking out for my best interest.
I requested a car in a color that was in high demand and almost always out of stock.
He gave me a call the very morning it was available in the warehouse, meaning he was constantly on the search to make sure his clients get the best deals in the shortest amount of time.
I had my papers signed later with Peter Balint and drove the car out of the lot later that day.

2010 Ridgeline Fast Oil Change - David Honda's
(Review for Hernan D.) So, it was that time of service again...this time had to bring in my father's truck (2010 Ridgeline). As always, the best time for me to come in is always on a Saturday morning. This time it was nothing different, although with the up coming holiday weekend I'm happy to have been 4th in line, because right after there was a huge wave of non-stop service. But thankfully I already know the routine (as apparently as do others). Now, back to me, again, this was a fast service. Anytime that I come in and Kristina helps me I am in and out in a very good amount of time. Never takes long time to be out the door with a routine oil and filter change.
Matt, keep Kristina there. Makes people happy and makes them be on their way in a fast pace. =)

Piston Ring recall 2009 honda Pilot - Arny Winter
I have just picked up my vehicle after the motor was completely rebuilt the reason being during the procedure to replace the defective rings they found that there was damage to my cylinder walls. Willie Burr has been my service advisor since I have had the vehicle, we were both aware of the recall and had to work together during the times when the motor was using oil to the tune of two guards per week sometimes more. Willie could sense my frustration and assured me that eventually the right code would appear.
Willie is a great professional and is a credit not only to Honda of Thousand Oaks but to honda of North America.

I WAS THIS MORNING AT CAPITOL HONDA IN ORDER TO HAVE MY CAR SERVICE FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE. I DID WAIT 20 MINUTES AND NO REPRESENTATIVE DID HAVE THE COURTESY TO COME AND TALK. THERE WAS 8 MORE PEOPLE AWAITING AND TRUST ME EVERYBODY WERE VERY UPSET WITH THE POOR SERVICE RIGTH AS WE GET IN. THAT IS A BAD BUSINESS CARD. OBVIOUSLY I TURN ON MY CAR ENGINE AND LEFT. THIS IS AN OUTGOING ISSUE WITH THE SERVICE REPS.
THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR SUCH DELAY AND LACK OF RESPECT FOR THE PEOPLE THAT SPENT THOUSANDS OD DOLLARS IN BUYING AN HONDA.

I'm a service customer. I live in Petaluma. I drive 25 miles to Kastner Honda so that my service writer, Danise Collins, can arrange for service on my 2006 Pilot. My car has over 300,000 miles on it. It usually only needs routine maintenance. On a couple of occasions, it has needed repairs, due to mistreatment of the car.
Danise and the mechanics that do the work that she orders do their work quickly, neatly and accurately. They get it right the first time, every time. Danise is courteous, efficient and very reliable.
She goes out of her way to make the service convenient.

A better car buying experience I have not had. No pressure, no haggling; I got what I wanted for my trade, and they matched another dealers price I got from Costco for the new car.
Everyone was warm, welcoming and best of all, none of the sort of high pressure treatment one would expect from a store like a normal Honda/Toyota/Chevy mass market dealer.
Jerry Forbes helped me over two days, and Marco doing all my paperwork was a breeze. The day after looking I came in to purchase, and I was in and out in a few hours. I would highly recommend anyone give these guys a chance at your business. It can get super busy on weekends, so if you can swing a weekday, you may be better off. Apparently this dealership was taken over a few months ago by another management group, so old reviews here may not be irrelevant.
Only small irritating thing is customer parking sucks, is nearly non existent and not marked at all (just park where you see a free space whether its marked or not). When all is said and done however, super happy customer; hoping this continues through service appointments to come.

I spent a week dealing with the following Honda dealerships Corona/Hardin/Spreen/Norm Reeves/Nelson and had horrible experiences where they would lie about their best price or be told that they can't quote prices online since they're so low. Of course a customer wants to drive 50 miles out of their way for a lie so I was about to give up on Honda and buy a Toyota but my wife wouldn't give up and started emailing other random dealers that I didn't think about and we were able to get a quote from Alex at 8:30am on a Saturday morning (that was the first flag that gave me some hope in purchasing a Honda) and by 9:30am I was able to get a guarantee from him in writing through email that that was the exact price (destination charge was already and any dealer installed items included in price ) + tax title and license.
10am I decided to leave my current vehicle at home and trust that I wouldn't get screwed and took a Lyft to the dealership which was about 30 miles away. When we first stepped into the dealership he had the vehicle ready for us to test drive and inspect and went over every option that was on the car and the only delay was waiting for our turn with the finance manager and for them to clean the car and gas it up.
There was only one minor hiccup in the deal because I didn't purchase the alarm system and the other department forgot to disable it but Alex contacted me immediately and luckily I was nearby and drove back to the dealership (he offered to meet me anywhere I was located).
