So...my partner's car broke down on a Friday and before she knew it, she was off in a 2016 metal sheen Honda Civic EX by the end of the weekend thanks to Kathy Cong!
My partner spent all-day that Saturday calling every Honda dealership in the greater Los Angeles area and everyone kept giving her the runaround on a lease. They either wouldn't budge on the price of the car or some didn't even bother talking to her once she said she wanted $0 down (yea, I'm talking to you Honda of Santa Monica).
I found Kathy through all the great reviews on Yelp and after my partner called her, we both knew that all the reviews were true. She is thorough, called/texted her back when she said she would, and got her an amazing deal on a lease. Once we got to the lot, she attended to us right away and we were out of there within three hours, which was incredible because the dealership was super packed.
I have never been personally interested in a Honda, but Kathy may have changed my mind. The transaction was seamless. I wish my experience buying Mazdas was even half as good as my partner's experience with Kathy.

I was a very happy Honda Accord owner x12 years. My car was totaled in a recent accident- but I wasn't -because I was driving my Honda. Safety is very important to me so I test drove a number of cars, but came back to purchase a 2016 Honda Accord. I had a very positive experience at Norm Reeves Honda; Meysem Kaed, our sales person was polite, knowledgeable and provided good feedback about different cars. I did my homework and came prepared knowing pricing and options that I wanted on the car. Bryan Kerr from internet sales, worked with me to get a new car at a very competetive price. Rick, the "finance guy" was no pressure and made the process go quickly. Overall, the process went smoothly, without any high pressure sales; I obtained the exact car I wanted. Back in March I received a letter about an airbag inflator recall on my Honda Fit and sort of freaked out (since they said it was dangerous to drive my vehicle and the parts weren't going to be available until June). I email Matt Martinez and he told me to come in and they would set me up with a rental car until the parts came in. They gave me a call last week Friday 5/13 and told me the parts had been replaced in my Fit and it was ready to get picked up. I returned my rental and picked up my car, no problem and no cost to me. It's refreshing to go to a dealership that tries to make your experience easy and breezy every time. I'll definitely be going back.

I can say that I have been a Harden customer since 2008, and not once have I ever gotten questionable service from them. They have friendly staff who greet you at the door, to the sales man ready help find you the car that you want. David Do has taken care of car buying and leasing needs since 2008, he is someone I recommend to all my friends and family. His attention to the little details and world class customer service is what sets him and Harden Honda above the rest. I came in because I needed a tire immediately as a result of my tire blowing out due to driving over a pothole. I arrived at around 7:15 a.m. without an appointment and was out by 8:15 a.m. thanks to David. When I arrived, David immediately assessed my car and determined I did not need a new rim. The new tire and old rim was placed on my car immediately and I drove off able to finish the rest of day. Thanks David for the great service.

The clutch in my 2007 Honda Fit went out. I called for an appointment and was given one. I arrived and Trevor Haskett was my service consultant. From the beginning Trevor was professional, knowledgeable and thoughtful. A new clutch had to be ordered so Trevor arranged for me to have a loaner car. He told me when the clutch would arrive, the cost, and when my car would be ready. Everything went as planned. My car drives beautifully and I'm impressed with the service.

We ended up at DCH after some time looking at a similar used car at another dealer. Things weren't going well so I called DCH to inquire about the car listed on their lot. Available and open until 9pm, "come on down and John will be here to help". An hour later we arrived a bit before closing to a helpful receptive salesman. After the runaround at another dealer we were surprised to NOT get it here. Straightforward and honest, willing to work with us on our trade in and get us in the car we wanted. Great experience got a willing team staying an hour late to finish the paperwork. We reflected on the different experiences between dealers in the way home. I WAS THIS MORNING AT CAPITOL HONDA IN ORDER TO HAVE MY CAR SERVICE FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE. I DID WAIT 20 MINUTES AND NO REPRESENTATIVE DID HAVE THE COURTESY TO COME AND TALK. THERE WAS 8 MORE PEOPLE AWAITING AND TRUST ME EVERYBODY WERE VERY UPSET WITH THE POOR SERVICE RIGTH AS WE GET IN. THAT IS A BAD BUSINESS CARD. OBVIOUSLY I TURN ON MY CAR ENGINE AND LEFT. THIS IS AN OUTGOING ISSUE WITH THE SERVICE REPS.
THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR SUCH DELAY AND LACK OF RESPECT FOR THE PEOPLE THAT SPENT THOUSANDS OD DOLLARS IN BUYING AN HONDA.

Bought two new Hondas within a week of each other. Best price in town. Have been taking both of them in for regular service and never have any complaints. Just did the first 30,000 mile checkup / service on my wife's CR-V and between my service advisor Wasif Khan and asst. manager Scott Hirayama, they were terrific. They got me in at the time of my appointment, kept me advised as to the progress of the service and there were no surprises when it came time to pay the bill. They also found a screw in one of the tires and patched the tire at no extra charge. I will continue to deal with these guys!!!

Worked with Solomon to get a new Accord Hybrid. He actually went the extra mile to get us the car we want. Great price from Kastner while all other dealership are quoting way above MSRP. Also throw in couple extra accessories. All price are clear up front and very professional. Agreed upon the price thru email with no surprise at all.

A better car buying experience I have not had. No pressure, no haggling; I got what I wanted for my trade, and they matched another dealers price I got from Costco for the new car.
Everyone was warm, welcoming and best of all, none of the sort of high pressure treatment one would expect from a store like a normal Honda/Toyota/Chevy mass market dealer.
Jerry Forbes helped me over two days, and Marco doing all my paperwork was a breeze. The day after looking I came in to purchase, and I was in and out in a few hours. I would highly recommend anyone give these guys a chance at your business. It can get super busy on weekends, so if you can swing a weekday, you may be better off. Apparently this dealership was taken over a few months ago by another management group, so old reviews here may not be irrelevant.
Only small irritating thing is customer parking sucks, is nearly non existent and not marked at all (just park where you see a free space whether its marked or not). When all is said and done however, super happy customer; hoping this continues through service appointments to come.
