As a senior female making a car purchase I did a lot of research before narrowing my 2 options,I felt the staff treated me with respect and gave me the opportunity to ask for the DTO price before I decided to purchase,Sam was extremely helpful as well as the other staff I was in contact with,I was offered the protection package that I declined but if I had researched it more before the I reached the finance department I would have been more prepared to make a decision I may have had chosen the package,overall I’m happy either way my new Hybrid Camry I haven’t purchased a new car in 9 years so it’s nice to have modern technology.
