Juan was very accommodating I had to leave my car for a day or two, worried that I wouldn't have a car to go to work, but he looked out for me and gave me a loner car for transportation. Poor Service and Lack of Accountability – Be Cautious I brought my 2017 Honda Civic to Diamond Honda for a coolant service, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The time it takes just to get a proper inspection is unreasonable, and I was charged more than once for the same issue — which is unacceptable. Management and service operations show a lack of urgency and care. If you value your time and want quality service, I suggest looking elsewhere.
