I had help on my very first Hyundai Palisade almost 3 years ago. Lowell was so amazing going over all of our options for a trade in, leasing and buying. We decided to try leasing. We just turned in our Palisade. We wanted to lease another Palisade but decided to downsize because we now have 2 teenagers who will be driving soon and there is no need to get a 3 row vehicle. Again Lowell was very helpful with options in helping me find the perfect car. I ended up getting a 2024 Limited Hyundai Tucson loaded. When we went in to pick it up Lowell had it ready to go. Once again he went over everything with me and my husband. Paperwork was a breeze. My experience at Parks Hyundai the second time around was yet another good experience. Lowell will be my go to guy anytime I need a new car. I highly recommend this dealership.

I took my car in for body repairs, as was suggested by - mswafford

I took my car in for body repairs, as was suggested by the Toyota dealership. The original estimate was for less than $5000. Then it went up to $14,000 and ended up to be almost $20,000. I hit a pole in a parking lot, never even broke the headlight and the air bags did not go off, I was going about 10 mph. They sent it to a different mechanic who removed the engine so Bay could “fix the frame” and then the mechanic couldn’t figure out how to correctly reinstall it back. It sat in the parking lot for 3 months with the hood off where more damage to the engine was done. Bay argued with the mechanic about who was going to fix what and who was going to pay, and no work was done for months while the car sat there. They continued to lie to me about what was happening as to the repairs every week I called. The car took 6 months for the repair that was originally estimated to take 14 days. My insurance company finally sent someone to the shop to find out what was going on and discovered what was happening. Bay then had to send the car to the Toyota dealership to have the eigine fixed from all the damage done. It cost an extra $5000 which they passed along to the insurance company. The insurance company (AIG) say they’ve never had this happen where a company doesn’t get pre approval and just sends a bill for $5000. Bay refused to release the car until the insurance company paid in full. It sat there for a week while they came to a conclusion. Then Bay Body decided to take the car for a test drive the day we were headed there to pick it up and they found another problem. Fortunately they got it fixed, after I threw a fit. 6 months and $20,000 later we got the car back. My insurance company say if they’d known the final cost they would have totaled the car. They were horrible, they lied every time we called and ripped us off for thousands of dollars. They contracted a terrible mechanic and then didn’t want to stand by their decision. I recommend you don’t take you car there for anything!

I want to say that I brought my 2018 Hyundai Sonata SEL in 2021. My only complaint is that I never received my replacement key fob because the second key was broken. Every time I asked about nobody had an answer so I gave up even though I still want my key fob. Other than that I want express my gratitude for your employee in the service department by the name of Gary Derosier. He has been servicing my car since I first brought it in for its first service. He is knowledgeable, kind, and goes above and beyond. When my vehicle gets dropped off I know it’s in great hands and he will make sure it’s done correctly and on time. Thank you Gary!!! Can someone help me get my key replacement that I was promised!!!!

I called this dealership on 12/1 to see if my car could be seen in service for a noise coming from turning the steering wheel. I was told there was an appointment available on 12/4 at 9am. Due to my work schedule, I dropped my vehicle off the day before. I called at 3pm on 12/4 and was told my car still had not been assigned to a technician and wouldn't have diagnostic ran until next day. I was told they do not go by appointment times, but rather a first come first serve basis. Which made NO sense as my car was there the DAY before my appointment, and they weren't even open on Sunday when I left it. I picked up my car and transferred it to another dealership and was able to get diagnostic ran in a timely manner. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, ever. STAY FAR AWAY.

This dealership is shady beyond belief! I came in wanting a Santa Cruz. I wanted the Limited trim level. They didn't have any on the lot in the color I wanted. They never mentioned they had some at their dealership in Stuart (I never knew about the dealership in Stuart. I would have gone there!) While negotiating trade-in price of my car, they refused to give me my keys back when I wanted to walk. We weren't close on price and they held me hostage. They kept coming back to with different trade-in values and doing the shady routine of playing with the numbers to make it look like I was getting a good deal. I knew better, and kept asking for my keys and they refused to let me leave. We spent the better part of 1 1/2 hours on the trade-in and trying to walk! After talking to the manager, came to agreement on price of trade-in on my car. They then added a stipulation I could only choose from what was on the lot in Fort Pierce. I picked out an XRT, since a Limited was not on the lot in my color (they really could have gotten one from the Stuart location!) I asked when the XRT was delivered to the lot, they said "last week". As I was driving back home to New York a week later, I found the steering wheel and whole car to shake when I stepped on brakes at speed. I took it to dealership in New York and they said brake rotors are warped and need to be cut. So, I convinced Hyundai corporate to replace the rotors instead of cut them. While I was there, I asked the NY dealer and they looked it up in the system, the car was delivered to Wallace Hyundai Ft. Pierce in June 2023!!! That's not "last week" when I bought the car in March 2024! I was lied to! Now, I'm 1 month into ownership and I'm finding shards of broken glass all embedded in the carpet, under the seats, in the seat folds and cup holder. I never noticed that when I picked it up on delivery day. They didn't disclose the glass was shattered and replaced. This is a shady dealership! STAY FAR AWAY! AVOID WALLACE HYUNDAI of Ft. Pierce AT ALL COST!!!!!

2weeks to get into service. Okay, no rush. Dropped the car off on Sunday and they didn't get to it until Wednesday. I brought the car into the shop because I didn't think the seat AC/Heat were working. I asked them to give me their assessment. They were confused as to what I wanted so I talked to the service manager and told him that I needed someone to hit the AC seat button, see if it's working. The tech could hit the button, sit down, put their hand on the seat, or use a thermo-gauge. I just wanted their expert opinion. He said, Ok, there will be a charge to check it out. I said, okay. I get the car back on Thursday and the work order says that they can't duplicate the customers concern. The Charge was 165.00 That's it. When I was leaving the Lincolns service center, the service person said that they don't work on Hyundai Genesis.
