Enver is hands down the best salesman we have ever worked with. He knows every detail of the car and works with you to get the right deal. Dennis and staff are amazing. This guy is a great sales person. He tries his hardest to get you the price you want to pay. He doesn't hold anything back. He is straight forward with the pricing. I bought an Audi Q5 and it was amazing for the price he got me. I wanted a little lower payment but he got me to a fair price. I honestly never jump the gun if I don't get the price I want. I am living in Arizona and temporarily in Lakeland helping out family with medical issues. I had to pay taxes in AZ and FL but he explained that there is nothing he could do about it. I still walked out of there with a great vehicle under MSRP. While waiting he even took the time to show me one of the veteran salesmans expensive Audi. I was impressed the employee allowed him too. They detailed my vehicle and gave me all the reports on prior owners, etc. This Sales person is on his way to the top. Thanks Dennis and staff. You will know Dennis when you walk in with his million dollar smile and dtermination to succeed. Nice work !!!! Keep rising to the top !!!!!!

This week I bought out the Lease on my 2021 KIA Seltos SX, which was easy with no extra added costs (as I have read about on the east coast of Florida). Paid the Lease Contract costs and that was it. All those involved at Crown KIA, Andrew Turner (sales), Jeffry Perego (sales), and Anthony Montesano (Finance), were upfront on the process, no secret sauce, and great to work with. Anthony Montesano was a big help in explaining additional products available, no hard-sell, just facts. Also, no pressure to Lease another car, just facts and my choice. The Buying process was as easy as the Leasing was and as quick and accurate as my Servicings have been at Crown KIA, which I would recommend to anyone. Thank you to all involved.
