This was our second new Subaru purchase in less than two years from Grand Subaru. We drove extra miles past other Subaru dealers because of Grand’s reputation for professionalism and fairness. I can say that both transactions went smoothly and stress free and were handled by our salesman, Chase Dahm.
My initial contact with Chase was via email in late December, 2025 and Chase came back with an initial fair offer on the Crosstrek in which we were interested. After a brief phone conversation and a couple of texts with Chase, we agreed on a final price and decided to make the trip to Grand to complete the purchase.
Upon arriving, Chase greeted us at the door and he had the Crosstrek pulled up front and ready to go. We took a short test drive and settled back in his office to complete the transaction. We had driven our trade-in to Grand and this was the last piece of the purchase that needed settlement. Grand had recently serviced it and knew the car. After a brief inspection, Chase and his team came back with a fair trade-in offer and the deal was done.
I must also mention that the usually dreaded trip to the finance office for closure was handled with speed and professionalism. Many thanks to Sandy Cuttone too for handling that so well.
