There were numerous friendly faces there to greet us as we walked in. A gentleman named Tariq immediately asked how he could serve us on our visit. We expressed our interest in the Honda Odyssey and asked to see the models that were present in the lot. Without hesitation, he kindly obliged retrieving keys for the different models and offering test drives to us. We wanted a color option not available on their lot at the time. Tariq and the sales manager Brandon worked to get the exact model and color we wanted. Within 3 business days, we were driving away in the vehicle we wanted. The purchase process went well. They analyzed our financing option that we came with and offered to finance us to potentially save us money. Tariq and Brandon went above and beyond to meet our needs. They made our purchase easy and pleasurable! Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

My 21 year old was buying his first car. He called me at work to tell me that he was out and about to buy this car. Of course being his first time buying a car, I told him NOT to sign anything and to please come home first so that me and his Dad could look things over. I was worried that my son was going to be overwhelmed with the spiel of the stereotypical "car salesman" Well, he did bring things home, we looked over everything and thought it all looked good, and went with him to the dealership the following day. There we met the salesman with whom he was dealing Ed Svidunovich. I immediately got a good sense from him. He was an honest, forthright and upstanding individual. I think we all liked him immediately ( and to be honest I am very suspicious of people's intentions, and I immediately call BS if I think I am being fed a line.) Ed was probably the nicest car sales man I have ever dealt with. Just a real class act. I will definitely go back to Heritage Honda if I have future needs, and would only give Ed Svidunovich our business. I would give the dealership an overall 5 if we didn't have to sit through an hour of upselling from the finance guy after dealing with Ed. Ed himself is a 5 star employee.

I never had such a wonderful experience buying a car than when I went to this dealership. Apart from finding a beautiful 2017 Honda Civic, it was a great experience to have dealt with people who are very welcoming, knowledgeable, and understand the customer. I searched the internet for a reasonable price and less than 24 hours I got a call from Ray Turner, who was so willing to help me out. When I got to the dealership, Ray introduced me to Deyber Mendez, who made all the difference—he showed me all the Honda Civic that I might be interested in and was very patient in my haggling for a good price and walked me through all the initial paper work. He also familiarized me with the car’s new features. Deyber’s knowledge of his job exacts a customer’s confidence and trust, not only in him, but also to the car he is selling. I could detail all other things that Deyber did, but the space won’t be enough. To sum it up—Deyber is the MAN. I also had a very pleasant experience with Sunicia, the nice lady who explained to me all the add ons that could make my car last long and enjoy it to the fullest. I couldn’t have a very pleasant experience after an awful car accident. Not to be left out is Mr. Omar—he’s so cool. The last leg of this experience was the payment and financing—Mr. Anthony Oman, the Business Manager, couldn’t be more helpful.

We all sat down and went over the models of the 2017 Honda Civic that met all my requirements and my wants that I wanted with my new car. I decided to go shopping for a minivan over the weekend and stopped by Honda of Annapolis. Vicky, our salesperson, showed me the available vehicles without pressuring me. After my family test drove an Odyssey, we decided it was the right vehicle for us. We filled out the necessary paperwork, both Vicky and Mikhail provided excellent customer service by explaining things and answering our questions. Bought my Accord in June and had a problem in last weekend's slush & ice. The car was under warranty so it did not cost me anything to fix. The person in the Service Dept. (Scott?) was very nice - he answered my questions so I could understand the answers, made sure Honda covered the service (it was a steering problem), helped me get a rental car with Honda's special rates and then got Honda to PAY FOR THE RENTAL!!!!! Not only was Scott a pleasure to work with, the lady in the office (with the red bows on her sweater!) could not have been nicer. She arranged to have the rental picked up at the dealership - no extra travel for me. I've recommended this dealership for sales and service in the past and will continue to do so - they are wonderful!

Bad service dept - Joeyliz
Call Norris Honda told them check engine light was on. They sent two guys out and drove the car to the dealership. Big surprise it broke down right across the street and they had to push it into the service bay. They put a brand-new radiator in it and oh surprise the car still doesn't run. Now they say it needs a transmission. Well who the xxxx drives a car with the check engine light on? Even in the book it says "do not drive your car when the check engine light is on." $1200 for a radiator and now it needs a transmission. Oh, but they'll give us a good deal on a new vehicle!!! Going to bad mouth this dealership to every patient that I see at work and to everyone that I know via Facebook. Oh yeah, they basically treated me like crap when I complained and told us EVERYTIME we asked for a person higher up in management, that they were at lunch. I went back after lunch and was told that now they were in a meeting. Husband was told the EXACT same thing when he went a week later trying to resolve this. I was also told by The service technician that Honda has a safety switch on it that shuts the engine down when the check engine light comes on. Well, my question is this, if you knew that then why did you drive the car with the check engine light on? Basically they broke the transmission and now want us to pay for it.

A particular salesman who appears to sometimes I think drink can be a little bit more courteous to his customers be a little bit more aware of his place as a Salesman helping a customer because at the end of the day no one is giving anyone anything for free we are paying for their services and in exchange for a vehicle that you paid for the next several years so I think courtesy should be a big plus answer maybe management should have a inservice on presentation delivery and boundries

I had been looking for a reasonably price car for the last three months mostly through the internet. I went into David Wheeler to make an appointment for my wife's Honda Odyessy. While there I bumped into Greg Phillips a salesman I had known for a while. He asked if I was still looking for a vehicle? I was. I told him what I had been looking for was a hardtop/covertible. He advised they had just gotten one in and I should take a look. The vehicle was what I wanted. We test drove the vehicle and went back to the dealership. I advised at the time my wife had to see the vehicle before I would make a committment and we set up a time to come back. In the meantime he had taken my information for the paperwork. I located my wife sooner than the appt. and called Greg to advise we would be right back. He put a tag on the car again so my wife could take a ride. We came back did the paperwork, worked out a couple minor problems and agreed to pick up the vehicle in two hours. When we return Greg had had the car detailed, gassed and ready to go. John Ireland had all the paperwork ready and we were done in about thirty minutes. Both these gentlemen were as helpful and courteous as any could be. I would highly reccomend them to anyone in the area who was about to purchase a vehicle. The next day I had my wife's car serviced and the service in that dept. was also excellent.
