Straightforward Price, Wonderful Sales Experience - CarbuyerLi
I purchased my first car thanks to the wonderful sales experience from Dominique Vattuone. I shared the same sentiment with a lot of other reviewers that he is the kindest and most honest salesperson I encountered. In my interactions with other dealerships, I find that they exaggerate the information and sometimes throw in misleading lies. However, I was fortunate enough to encounter Dominique when I called Criswell Honda. I got a Edmund's Price promise from Criswell, went over the math with him, gave a counter offer, and he provided me with a great offer that other dealers would find hard to beat. The quote was straightforward, and when I got there, there was no hidden fees: I paid what we agreed upon. For car buyers, you cannot beat a great and honest price. Additionally, the service Dominique provided was excellent; five words: he treats you with care. Even though he was busy, he took time to walk me through the car and made sure that the car was in tip top shape before I drove it off. He is truly a pleasure to work with, and I would definitely recommend him to all my friends and family.
For car buyers, I recommend that you (1) do you research, (2) find some good quotes like Edmund Price Promise, and (3) go to Dominique for your purchase.
Helpful just because - K Thompson
I was stranded in a parking lot with my Honda Odyssey van door stuck in the open position. I'm from out-of-state, two babies in car seats, my elderly parents needing to get to the airport to make a flight, and in desperation I call a Honda dealership. I had no faith in a dealership where I didn't even purchase the car to care one iota about me. Within minutes techs showed up, got the door closed so I could be on my way, and said, "No, of course you don't owe us anything." Angels? No. College Park Honda.

I hate shopping for anything. This is why I come to Hagerstown Honda. We just purchased our 4th vehicle from Hagerstown. They make it so easy and don't try to sell you on things you don't want or need. Everybody here is always friendly and make the experience a pleasant one. Service department is always helpful and does a wonderful job. Many thanks to all who work there for making my life easier.
I bought my 2016 Honda Accord and my experience was Great!! - Tabatha Briscoe
Maria Perez contacted about the Honda Accord I was inquiring about. She was very professional and gave me what I needed to move forward with coming in to test drive the vehicle. Once I arrived at the Honda dealership I was met by a very very nice lady name Connie. Connie was amazing to say the least. She was professional and was able to get my started with the test drive. I fell in love with the Honda and my experience meeting and working with Connie, Maria and even the finance/ leasing department were amazing. I give them an over all EXCELLENT!!! I will absolutely recommend my friends and family. THANK YOU!!! Tabatha

Quick and painless! - julmarko
JR helped me find the best car for me and my growing family. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Honda Pilot and took me through all of the demonstrations for using the vehicle. He was able to find a Pilot in the color combination I wanted and went to get it himself. The car was ready to go the next day. He had it cleaned and all paperwork ready to go when I arrived. It was the easiest car buying experience. I recommend JR and Bel Air Honda to all future buyers.

Happy with service.
Excellent Service! - hpippin
We recently purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot from Northwest. After a subpar experience at another dealer, my husband and I decided to look elsewhere. I emailed Northwest on a Saturday and they got back to me within a few hours! From there I was able to set up an appointment a few days later and drive away with a new car that day. They had exactly what we were looking for, never pressured or tried to upsell us on anything, and were beyond patient and kind since we had our two young children with us. We worked with Robert who was so personable and took time to chat with me and share pictures of his kids while my husband was test driving the car. They gave my husband and I plenty of space and time to talk over finances and the deal we were making. We left there knowing that we got a great deal for our trade in but also an amazing deal on our new car.
First new car in many years - StefCFI
I had been researching new vehicles selections and had decided to purchase a Honda CR V EX L.
Based on reviews of the CRV and Shockley Honda, I visited and was impressed with the attentive staff and beautiful facility.
I had a trade in and was given a fair value and an excellent price for my new car. The entire process was smooth, friendly and caring. They review the technology and operation of the vehicle before you leave the dealership. That was awesome!
I highly recommend Shockley, and want to thank Alison, Jon, Justin, Alice and Crystal for a great experience!
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE - car
I had a Wonderful experience with Derrick Showacre. Very impressed with the time he took to show me the difference with many cars and always with a smile, Straight forward with any questions in regard with my New Honda Civic. I had a TRUE SALESMAN worth sending my family and friends to.
A fair and honest dealership, really! - TeamReyn
Just bought our second Honda from O'Donnell's Honda because of our great experience with buying the first there. Same great, no nonsense approach- just courteous service and a great price. Not the flashiest dealership but a real rarity today, honest and straightforward car dealership. Keep up the good work!!!.
Bought a certified 2013 Accord - Ajit
Aaron was my sales representative. He was very detail oriented and provided me with all the information that I required for my purchase. Brent was the manager who went beyond what a dealership normally does. I live in Virginia around 90 miles from the dealership. Brent offered the dealership services to have one of his drivers drop the car home after getting the car detailed. Once I got the car home, I realized that one of the fog lights had a fused bulb. Robert Lee offered to pick up the cost if I took it to any Honda dealer close by. All in all a very pleasant experience buying a certified car. I would highly recommend Heritage Honda to any one in the Virginia, Maryland area.
Restored faith in this dealer - Robert Loper
The manager of the service department, Bill, reached out to me to resolve this issue. I had already bought a battery from elsewhere, but he worked out another solution that has helped to restore my faith in this dealership and its service.
Their price on my oil changes is the best price for my car. Prices on other things could be better though.
So, the day I bought my 2013 Honda Civic here, it had transmission issues. The sales rep also tried to trick me into giving them my info to pull my credit even though I was already financed, claiming the Patriot act. They replaced the original car I bought. Now, less than 3 years later, I find that their batteries suck AND it's a common problem with 2013 Honda Civics. Your original batteries are only covered for 36000 miles. They'll put the exact same product in your car but cover it for 100 months if you buy a replacement one with them.
Sounds kinda scammy to me. A cheap ploy to make you buy additional batteries. Give you a crap battery in order to get you to buy a new one.
Additionally, the service department charges literally double the going price for certain fluid replacements.
I can say I'm not exactly pleased with my service here.
Anderson Honda has awesome customer service. - Shamrock06
I can’t say enough great things about my leasing experience with Anderson Honda in Cockeysville, MD. I was very pleased with the attention I received. I had the pleasure of working with the most awesome team. My salesman, Joseph Benjamin, greeted me as I entered the dealership. He was very pleasant, professional and extremely knowledgeable about the car I was interested in, and of all of its features. He took me thru all the features of the car inside and out before and after my test drive. Made sure I understood and could properly apply the knowledge. Very thorough. Grace Avena, from the financing dept. went above and beyond to get me the best deal. The leasing process was stress free. She is the best in the business. Terrific lady. Joseph and Grace, thank you both for the time you two spent with me making sure I was happy with my selection. What a fantastic team you two make!!!
Awesome service! - KIMBERLY CARTER

Great Price & Excellent Service - Don
Buying my Civic LX Sedan TJ Troutman was easy and quick. I got me what at wanted and a good price. He answered all of my questions with expertise and went further in explaining all of the features on the new redesigned Civic. Even after I had the car for a few days and called with some additional questions he was able to answer the quickly and expertly. I would recommend any one looking for a new car to contact TJ at Sport Honda.
Rip off - deb&wayne1991
My son purchased a Honda Fit.
The warning lights/ servicing lights come on prematurely.
The oil and filter changes are expensive.
My son paid the car off early but he has not received the money owed him yet for paying it off earlly.
Car is not even 3 years old and the warranty has run out??? That is a cheap policy.
AMAZING STELLAR SERVICE AFTER THE SALE! - NORRIS IS MY VEHICLE GO-TO FOR LIFE!
Tim was an excellent salesman and my CRV purchase was smooth and easy. The real test comes AFTER the car purchase. Norris Honda and Paul Donald ROCK. Norris and Paul Donald EXCEED EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AFTER THE SALE. If you are buying a vehicle, this is the dealership you want for life. Thank You, Paul Donald and Norris Honda.
Horrible Service Ripoff - Linda Packers
I agree with other reviews. Please choose another dealer because Honda is good just not this company. HORRIBLE!!! The DriverPlus that they sell you and TELL you it is good even if you move is a LIE. NEVER again would I buy from this company even if it was the only one near me.
No Concern for Customer Safety - Andrew
I brought my vehicle here to be serviced as I did not know of a good mechanic in the area, I thought a Honda dealer would be best for my Civic. Unfortunately, I can not recommend any one use this service department.
My main concerns were the SRS and Maintenance Required lights being on, as well as, the whining sound around 50 MPH and brakes. After consulting Mike Owens, he made several recommendations (17 in total) and informed me my belts and a valve adjustment were the most "important" repairs ($882.00). He also recommended a coolant flush, despite the fact that I had one recently and tires for minor cupping in the rear ($683.75). All of my concerns were this important in comparison: 3.) Brakes, 5.) Maint. Req. 11.) SRS and 15.) Whining. The rest of the recommendations were for preventative maintenance and I take care of those at a nearby shop. I asked for the belts, valve adjust, brakes, maintenance (catalytic converter head shields) and SRS (faulty driver seat belt). I originally asked for the alternator, but quickly declined as I did not want to spend too much.
A couple of hours later, I received an email from Mike saying the "alternator bolt was seized and had to be removed" and thus replaced. He then offered to do it, but would waive the labor fees and I would only have to cover the cost of the part ($386.79). I requested the part name and number, did a quick search and found the part on sale for $244.74 on Honda's own parts' website. The price he quoted me was full MSRP, so I insisted he do it for the sale price and he made it possible.
In the email of recommendations, Mike noted which parts were not available and would have to be done another day (5). However, after picking up my car, I noticed the SRS light was still on, it was running very rough and my radio was locked out. My biggest concern here, Mike Owens neglected to inform me that the faulty driver seat belt would not be replaced that day. I had to drive in the pouring rain with a sputtering car and faulty seat belt. If I had been informed the seat belt would not be fixed, I would have left the car there for my safety.
As I work six to seven days a week, a relative called Honda of Annapolis, explained the situation and they asked him to bring the car back. It broke down on the way. The engine and power shut off on the highway, he had to be towed back to the service department.
David Tennant made sure to take care of the situation as best he could. He offered a free rental, would change the oil and do the coolant flush while also repairing the break-down and catalytic issues. I finally got my car back a few days later.
It's only been about a week and the brand new $607.00 belts have been squealing. They squeal when I start, they squeal when I reverse, when I accelerate, when I turn -just about any maneuver under 50 MPH. I think screeching may actually be the better word here. Not only that, but for some odd reason, they disconnected my horn. Not inside the engine, but at the steering wheel. No clue why they would feel it necessary to do that. And, if it just was a mistake or something forgotten, they obviously need to have a checklist that says: "Does the radio work? Is the horn still connected?"
All in all, I am truly amazed at the total lack of concern for customer safety this Honda service department displays. Do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else. It is not worth the $2k headache.
I had been looking for a reasonably price car for the... - Mihaddaway
I had been looking for a reasonably price car for the last three months mostly through the internet. I went into David Wheeler to make an appointment for my wife's Honda Odyessy. While there I bumped into Greg Phillips a salesman I had known for a while. He asked if I was still looking for a vehicle? I was. I told him what I had been looking for was a hardtop/covertible. He advised they had just gotten one in and I should take a look. The vehicle was what I wanted. We test drove the vehicle and went back to the dealership. I advised at the time my wife had to see the vehicle before I would make a committment and we set up a time to come back. In the meantime he had taken my information for the paperwork. I located my wife sooner than the appt. and called Greg to advise we would be right back. He put a tag on the car again so my wife could take a ride. We came back did the paperwork, worked out a couple minor problems and agreed to pick up the vehicle in two hours. When we return Greg had had the car detailed, gassed and ready to go. John Ireland had all the paperwork ready and we were done in about thirty minutes. Both these gentlemen were as helpful and courteous as any could be. I would highly reccomend them to anyone in the area who was about to purchase a vehicle. The next day I had my wife's car serviced and the service in that dept. was also excellent.
