Battery died - Motoran
The first estimate they gave me was for a new starter motor due to some faulty diagnostic input & it was going to cost over $800. But Cesar Lemus & lead mechanic checked again and it was truly due to a dead battery. Battery was under warranty so no charge. I also had bad shaking when I braked at high speeds. So they addressed that as well & found brake shoes under warranty. They did have to smooth the rotors. Cesar also found a lightbulb out in my taillight & replaced at no extra charge (they gave me a loaner for the extra day). Overall my bill went from over $1000 to just over $300 & all my issues resolved. Excellent customer service provided by Cesar & crew!

My husband & I recently purchased our second CRV (in less than a year) from Micah over the past weekend, and between his knowledge of the vehicle(s) & outgoing personality, it's almost like we are catching up with an old friend instead of purchasing a new vehicle. Awesome! That is all we can say. They set the bar for customer service. We are from PA and could not find the vehicle we were looking for, so we decided to expand our search area. I work in the Maryland area and have heard good reviews about Heritage Honda and that is why my wife and I chose to visit the dealership. Lou Persico was our sales consultant, and we can not say enough wonderful things about our experience with him. We also had a great experience with Seth Bond the Business Manager who completed our paperwork with us...no pressure, just downright personable and honest. Even though we live an hour away, we were so impressed with our visit with Lou, Seth, and Heritage Honda, that we would definitely travel back to Heritage Honda to purchase future vehicles.
My advice, if your looking for a Honda vehicle, call Heritage Honda and ask for Lou Persico. You won't be disappointed!!!

We went to this dealer for UBS pricing, because the dealer near our home doesn't offer that. Laura Joseph, our saleswoman, was personable and very helpful, showing us all the features of the Honda Pilot, but not being pushy. We hadn't intended to go home with a car, but she sold us on the car and on Ourisman. Debbie Lewis, who handled our finances, was also wonderful. Made suggestions, but allowed us to make our own decisions.

From start-to-finish, everything was seamless, no-nonsense, and without any of the pressure tactics or runarounds that were evident at some of the other dealers we had visited. Setting up the appointment for an oil change was quick. Getting in and out of the dealership during the appointment was quick. The waiting area is clean. The service providers are friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. The cashier was friendly and efficient and explained everything. My husband and I were buying a car for our college-aged daughter to use. We never have owned a Honda before but the 2017 CRV got great reviews, so we decided to check it out. We rode up on our bikes, and David Monash was right there to greet us and help us look at various CRVs. David was good at listening to what we wanted and why, and showed us several CRVs, including some 2016 models that were lower in price but had most of the things we wanted in a car. David was very straightforward about what was or was not possible for pricing, and was willing to work with us to find the exact color combination and 2017 model we ultimately decided on. David is very focused on the customer, is very professional, friendly and made the process a pleasant one. We would not hesitate to work with him again. And so far, we love the new car!

Bought my Accord in June and had a problem in last weekend's slush & ice. The car was under warranty so it did not cost me anything to fix. The person in the Service Dept. (Scott?) was very nice - he answered my questions so I could understand the answers, made sure Honda covered the service (it was a steering problem), helped me get a rental car with Honda's special rates and then got Honda to PAY FOR THE RENTAL!!!!! Not only was Scott a pleasure to work with, the lady in the office (with the red bows on her sweater!) could not have been nicer. She arranged to have the rental picked up at the dealership - no extra travel for me. I've recommended this dealership for sales and service in the past and will continue to do so - they are wonderful!

Bad service dept - Joeyliz
Call Norris Honda told them check engine light was on. They sent two guys out and drove the car to the dealership. Big surprise it broke down right across the street and they had to push it into the service bay. They put a brand-new radiator in it and oh surprise the car still doesn't run. Now they say it needs a transmission. Well who the xxxx drives a car with the check engine light on? Even in the book it says "do not drive your car when the check engine light is on." $1200 for a radiator and now it needs a transmission. Oh, but they'll give us a good deal on a new vehicle!!! Going to bad mouth this dealership to every patient that I see at work and to everyone that I know via Facebook. Oh yeah, they basically treated me like crap when I complained and told us EVERYTIME we asked for a person higher up in management, that they were at lunch. I went back after lunch and was told that now they were in a meeting. Husband was told the EXACT same thing when he went a week later trying to resolve this. I was also told by The service technician that Honda has a safety switch on it that shuts the engine down when the check engine light comes on. Well, my question is this, if you knew that then why did you drive the car with the check engine light on? Basically they broke the transmission and now want us to pay for it.

A particular salesman who appears to sometimes I think drink can be a little bit more courteous to his customers be a little bit more aware of his place as a Salesman helping a customer because at the end of the day no one is giving anyone anything for free we are paying for their services and in exchange for a vehicle that you paid for the next several years so I think courtesy should be a big plus answer maybe management should have a inservice on presentation delivery and boundries

I had been looking for a reasonably price car for the last three months mostly through the internet. I went into David Wheeler to make an appointment for my wife's Honda Odyessy. While there I bumped into Greg Phillips a salesman I had known for a while. He asked if I was still looking for a vehicle? I was. I told him what I had been looking for was a hardtop/covertible. He advised they had just gotten one in and I should take a look. The vehicle was what I wanted. We test drove the vehicle and went back to the dealership. I advised at the time my wife had to see the vehicle before I would make a committment and we set up a time to come back. In the meantime he had taken my information for the paperwork. I located my wife sooner than the appt. and called Greg to advise we would be right back. He put a tag on the car again so my wife could take a ride. We came back did the paperwork, worked out a couple minor problems and agreed to pick up the vehicle in two hours. When we return Greg had had the car detailed, gassed and ready to go. John Ireland had all the paperwork ready and we were done in about thirty minutes. Both these gentlemen were as helpful and courteous as any could be. I would highly reccomend them to anyone in the area who was about to purchase a vehicle. The next day I had my wife's car serviced and the service in that dept. was also excellent.
