Took 13 Accord for a B1 service into dealership, recently moved to PA and traveled over an hour to return to same dealer we have been dealing with for 25 years. Was pleased with service and continue to work with Rose Byrd due to her helpfulness in getting the car out in a quick manner. Dealership is upgrading facility and is looking great!

I'm not your average car buying customer. I am detail oriented and I know the cars sometimes better than the salesman I am working with. Hopefully, between us, I am able to find out what I don't know with the help of a great salesman. Lou Persico at Heritage Honda Parkville fit that description perfectly. If he didn't know something, he found out what I wanted to know. I actually enjoyed working with Lou and I would highly recommend him to others. Salesman Steve Newman and the rest of the people at Waldorf Honda worked hard to earn my business and made the overall experience quick and painless. They worked with me on the price and then made sure I'd be driving home in my new CR-V that night. They filled out most of the paperwork, so I only had to verify what was written and sign, which was very thoughtful of them.
Their inventory is great. The lot is gigantic (I believe it has over 300 cars), so they're pretty much guaranteed to have the right car in stock.
They weren't pushy on the extra options which was nice. A simple "no thanks" and I wasn't asked again. I would certainly recommend them to anyone in the market for a Honda!

I went to Honda on a Saturday morning to service my 2010 Accord and walked out with a brand new 2017 Accord! Let me be clear, I was completely satisfied with my paid 2010 low mileage model; however after meeting Anthony and test driving the new model I was halfway sold. What sealed the deal for me was Anthony's patience and willingness to accommodate what I wanted to pay for the new vehicle along with the trade in for my car. Needless to say I left with a brand new loaded vehicle and couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I arrived on the premises of Shockley Honda on a weekday in the evening. I was saw a representative that was not busy so I introduced myself and she introduced herself as Krystal Swanson (I knew we would be get along just fine.) Actually, it was as if I had known her for years (she was very amiable in her demeanor.) She knew what I wanted and she immediately started working on the needs assessment for me but I already had everything in place ready to go. I had inquired about a new 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring and we looked for a car that matched my needs. We found the care that I liked with the same criteria and we began the process for the deal. We worked on the deal for about 3-4 hours and that was the end of day 1 at Shockley Honda. On Day 2 of my Honda adventure, I came back on a Saturday when the dealership opened at 9am. As usual Krystal gave me a big, warm, welcoming smile and greeted me. I changed the specifics of the deal because I had too much negative equity on the car so we decided not to trade in the original trade and pursued a different tactic. Now, we are trading in my brother's used 2011 silver corolla S with 88448 miles with a little less negative equity (about 7570 USD). We got a trade appraisal worth about 6300 USD (we agreed to the amount). My brother had signed over the car to me today and indicated that the transfer should go to me in my name. Anyways, we began a new deal and I wanted a used vehicle. Brian, the finance representative wanted me to go with a new car versus a used vehicle so I listened to his logic (I didn't quite understand), but I got the jest of it. We had to try and look for a new 2017 Honda Accord LX to have the approval odds be better for the deal in order to have it financed and approved. At this point, it is about getting the deal approved so I could finance the deal. Brian said he would work on it for today and told me that he would call me on Monday. This concludes my experience with Shockley Honda over the course of 2 days. I had a fantastic experience from start to finish on the 2nd time around! I have purchased four cars from this dealership, the first one back in the '90s, three of them used and one brand new. I have always received excellent customer service from both the sales and the service staff.
Stan Gans and Erick Alvarez worked together seamlessly with me on the purchase of a new Accord EX-L. They were both personable, not pushy in the least, and clearly wanted me to get a deal with which I would be happy. I have worked with Mr. Gans (a very senior member of the sales staff) before, so I expected and received kind, excellent service from him. Mr. Alvarez is a fairly new member of the sales team. He is very earnest and brings a fresh enthusiasm to his work with customers. I enjoyed working with both these gentlemen. In addition, Anthony Oman is the manager with whom I did all the final paper work. He was very pleasant and clear in explaining the contract and my options for warranties. I felt no pressure from him to purchase any add-ons that were not of interest to me.
I recommend this team without reservation...they are a good and trust-worthy group!

Just purchased our 4th Honda from this Bowie location and two other family members have also purchased a Honda from there. We worked with Ifiok Umoh on this purchase and he arranged an excellent price on BOTH our Honda trade in as well as the new Honda HRV we purchased. As part of the customer focused process, Ifiok took the time to explain to my wife and I ALL the features of our new HRV; he demonstrated how to use the technology (lane watch and the ability to use voice commands are great), synced the phones, and went over the users guide, and the personalized settings for the vehicle. Ifiok also urged us to contact him with any questions we had or to stop by and see him for any remedial training we needed to enjoy all the features on our HRV. The managers on duty Glenn and Rick took the time to come over and thank us for our purchase, the entire process was completed in a timely manner and Jamar lined up all of the paper work for us to sign and quickly get on our way. Should also note if you need service on your Honda see the great folks in the service department. They offer evening hours for service which works best for us and Mohamed Jalloh and his colleagues have taken great care of our Honda maintenance needs and questions. Bought my car from browns. It was recalled. I received letter last summer saying there was a recall and it was unsafe to drive in the front passenger seat. They said they will send me a letter when the part comes in. Still no sign of the part. I also gave them a bad review on Google for poor service with an electric problem. They had to fix the same problem twice ...

He reminded me of our appointment via text and a follow up call, which was very convenient. He is honest, knowledgeable and patient. He was attentive without being pushy. Bought my Accord in June and had a problem in last weekend's slush & ice. The car was under warranty so it did not cost me anything to fix. The person in the Service Dept. (Scott?) was very nice - he answered my questions so I could understand the answers, made sure Honda covered the service (it was a steering problem), helped me get a rental car with Honda's special rates and then got Honda to PAY FOR THE RENTAL!!!!! Not only was Scott a pleasure to work with, the lady in the office (with the red bows on her sweater!) could not have been nicer. She arranged to have the rental picked up at the dealership - no extra travel for me. I've recommended this dealership for sales and service in the past and will continue to do so - they are wonderful!

I had just made the last car payment on my old car when it started acting up. It was a stressful situation that popped up on a Sunday. I live 200 miles from Honda of Annapolis but knew that's where I'd be taken care of the best, so I drove up from Yorktown on Monday night.
By Tuesday at 11am, I was back on the road home after a fantastic experience buying a car from Anne Marie. She was honest, upfront and made the whole process a breeze. It was like having a conversation with a friend when she was telling me about the car. She went above and beyond to help me through the process and was very thorough when answering all of my many questions. She got me the best vehicle to meet my needs at the best price.
I will only buy cars at HoA from here on out and will always ask for Anne. It's not just the stress of buying a new car, but it's the uncertainty of what kind of experience you're going to get when buying a new car. Dealing with anne eliminated any stress and uncertainty. Within 48 hours I went from the stress of car troubles to the joy of a new car and that's all thanks to Anne.

Put my car in for regular service, but also to check why my engine light was on, my power steering pump needed to be replaced, motor mounts, and an aliment. Got the car back - pulls to the left when diving, so alignment sacked. Power steering pump works ok but now makes strange sound- not whining. They did nothing about the check engine light, though they had Carte Blanche. We're supposed to also change battery and cable, not done. Had to have a tire repaired afterwards - they even took all my locking lugs. xxx. Then basically called me a liar when I called to complain. Never again. I usually don't say anything, but this was ridiculous.

I originally went in and picked out a car that I wanted but didn't have all of my ducks in a row (my fault) and the car was sold before I returned with all of my paperwork. I was obviously really upset (b/c in my mind that was my dream car) BUT the following day, I spoke with the manager Tanya about what happened and she made it her business to find me the car that I wanted, AND for the price of the car that I originally picked out. I've only had my car for about 48hrs (If that) but I am extremely happy with the customer service there and their ability to help turn my not-so-great experience into a wonderful one. I will definitely be seeing you guys for all of my servicing needs!

A particular salesman who appears to sometimes I think drink can be a little bit more courteous to his customers be a little bit more aware of his place as a Salesman helping a customer because at the end of the day no one is giving anyone anything for free we are paying for their services and in exchange for a vehicle that you paid for the next several years so I think courtesy should be a big plus answer maybe management should have a inservice on presentation delivery and boundries

I had been looking for a reasonably price car for the last three months mostly through the internet. I went into David Wheeler to make an appointment for my wife's Honda Odyessy. While there I bumped into Greg Phillips a salesman I had known for a while. He asked if I was still looking for a vehicle? I was. I told him what I had been looking for was a hardtop/covertible. He advised they had just gotten one in and I should take a look. The vehicle was what I wanted. We test drove the vehicle and went back to the dealership. I advised at the time my wife had to see the vehicle before I would make a committment and we set up a time to come back. In the meantime he had taken my information for the paperwork. I located my wife sooner than the appt. and called Greg to advise we would be right back. He put a tag on the car again so my wife could take a ride. We came back did the paperwork, worked out a couple minor problems and agreed to pick up the vehicle in two hours. When we return Greg had had the car detailed, gassed and ready to go. John Ireland had all the paperwork ready and we were done in about thirty minutes. Both these gentlemen were as helpful and courteous as any could be. I would highly reccomend them to anyone in the area who was about to purchase a vehicle. The next day I had my wife's car serviced and the service in that dept. was also excellent.
