My wife and I leased a car from Criswell earlier this year and the sales experience Bobby Bartlett provided for us could not have been better. Bobby was friendly, helpful, and presented us with a number of options without pressuring us into a decision. Bobby was also extremely knowledgeable not only of the cars that we were looking at, but also at similar vehicles in different makes and models so that we could make an informed decision. He did a great job of helping us find a car that we absolutely adore. Jessica was also extremely helpful and patient, even though our purchase had taken us late into the evening. We had by far the best car sales experience of our lives at Criswell.
We are so happy with our purchase and the terrific price Bobby got for us, and Bobby has continued to provide excellent service and support after our purchase with service recommendations and even created and sent me a detailed, step-by-step guide with photos on how to change a tire on our car after the tire was punctured by a screw.

Herson's Honda service continue to exceed my expectation - Hondarunway
The reason of my rating is the service is on point and they been keeping my car running like a well oil machine. My car have 290+ thousand miles and it still running strong. Its amazing!!!! I had been a customer of this dealearship since 1996 to present and yet they never failed nor come short of their excellent service. The record speakes for it self, for example, since I had purchased my vehicle originally from Herson's Honda of Rockville Md back in 1996 Honda Accord and by the way, its a well built vehicle in my opinion - my car probably be rusted out before any mechanical issue arises. This dealership is the ONLY dealership had been servicing my vehicle since 1996. I am very pleased with their service center because they never come short when comes to working on customer's vehicle. In fact, I were so please - I even purchased my 2011 Honda Pilot from this dealership and they are the only dealership currently servicing my Pilot since 2011. I won't trust anyone to touch my car especially my Honda's - And who know's Honda better than the people who worked at Honda and from my own experience Herson's Honda had earned my vote to be the #1 nations best Service and dealership award... When comes to customer service, this dealership is very friendly especially Ms. Rose and respectful to all types of people no matter what they are and who can drive a car.. of course this is just my opinion but you must experience it yourself on your next vehicle of purchase or service from this dealearship... ..

Even though the process with deciding and purchasing a new car could take at least 3 hours or more, James Jones made my husband and I not even think about the time that we spent in the dealership. He was very professional and provided excellent customer service and conversation the entire time. From start to finish! My husband and I were interested in a color that wasn't on the lot in this location. We asked James if it was possible for him to get the 2016 Honda Accord Sport in white? He responded by saying "Since I am a positive person, I wont say no". Than he said to us right before he excused himself, (scratching his head) "I have work to do". Long story short, he was able to find the car in the color that we asked for and we drove off in it the very same day. I will always remember that and appreciate his dedication. I would definitely recommend him and Joe Rasulzad from the finance department to all of my friends looking to purchase a new or used car.

My first car purchase. I knew I wanted a CRV and went to Bel Air Honda because of the large selection of pre-owned CRV's. Mike was my salesman. He showed me the inventory of cars that met my mileage and options criteria. After a test drive we sat down to negotiate a price. Mike shared the results of the recent Maryland State inspection providing total transparency on the vehicle. The negotiation was an open and collaborative process. We quickly reached an agreeable price and finalized the deal. I would absolutely buy from Mike and the Bel Air Honda team again. Thanks guys.

A real Easy, No hassle purchase - Spotter
I came into Honda of Owings Mills (their new name) to test drive the new 2017 Honda Ridgeline Black Edition. I spoke with Robert before hand and the truck was already to go when I arrived. Rob explained some of the new features and then let us take it for a spin - no pressure, no hassle.
When my husband and I got back to the dealership, Rob presented a number that was fair and asked if we could make this deal work. It came down to how they valued my trade-in. They came back with a very fair and reasonable number. Bought the truck that night.
Rob and company did a great job, and Honda of Owings Mills would get 5 stars except for the wait. This was in early July 2016 and there was new software installed in the dealership (a great update as all the purchasing is done in electronic format. Kudos). This led to an hour and a half wait for getting the paper work ready. I was 1 minute from giving Rob a handshake and telling him I would be back another day to buy the truck when Lee finally came out and said they were ready.
I mentioned my irritation at us being left to cool our heels for so long with no information on what was going on and Lee explained the software upgrade issue. He promised to get us out in 20 minutes - did it in 18.
I expect that any issues with the software upgrade is behind Honda of Owings Mills now. The sales team there did a great job in making the experience hassle-free. Rob in particular, is easy going and knowledgeable. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car - the value of Honda vehicles speaks for itself.

We went through USAA and used military discount to get a good price, honored a coupon from online, and didn't charge for the wheel locks already on it, plus they threw in a few accessories, for a new Honda. The salesmen were both very professional, had the car cleaned and gassed in a reasonable time. The only problem was that it took way too long to sit down with the financial man since he was processing another sale for a while. I know sales come randomly, and they certainly won't send me away to schedule for another time. I don't know a solution, except have some really great snacks and drinks and a TV or movie going. That would have made it much better. Do consider it. You might be amazed at a ratings boost and happy customer referrals, for so very little money for snacks. Have toys too in case of a family. Nintendos, etc. all can be pretty cheap.

The warning lights/ servicing lights come on prematurely.
The oil and filter changes are expensive.
My son paid the car off early but he has not received the money owed him yet for paying it off earlly.
Car is not even 3 years old and the warranty has run out??? That is a cheap policy.

The Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced! - HondaJim
I had a scheduled appointment at 9:00am today to replace an air-bag actuator. I was informed the expected wait time would be 2 hours. After waiting until after 11:00am I decided to check on the status of the repair. I spoke to the representative and was informed that they were running behind and that it would be another 2 hours. I came back 2 hours later at 1:00pm and was now handed off to another representative who informed me there were at least 2 other cars ahead of me and that it would now take another 2 hours. If I had been informed that this would be an all day event, I would have made arrangements accordingly. This place is dysfunctional and unorganized. When I asked to speak to the manager I was informed he wasn't available. I was treated rudely and asked to leave the premise. I have owned three Hondas and have never been treated with such disregard and disrespect as I was today. Is this dealership under new management?? Stay Away!

I had been looking for a reasonably price car for the last three months mostly through the internet. I went into David Wheeler to make an appointment for my wife's Honda Odyessy. While there I bumped into Greg Phillips a salesman I had known for a while. He asked if I was still looking for a vehicle? I was. I told him what I had been looking for was a hardtop/covertible. He advised they had just gotten one in and I should take a look. The vehicle was what I wanted. We test drove the vehicle and went back to the dealership. I advised at the time my wife had to see the vehicle before I would make a committment and we set up a time to come back. In the meantime he had taken my information for the paperwork. I located my wife sooner than the appt. and called Greg to advise we would be right back. He put a tag on the car again so my wife could take a ride. We came back did the paperwork, worked out a couple minor problems and agreed to pick up the vehicle in two hours. When we return Greg had had the car detailed, gassed and ready to go. John Ireland had all the paperwork ready and we were done in about thirty minutes. Both these gentlemen were as helpful and courteous as any could be. I would highly reccomend them to anyone in the area who was about to purchase a vehicle. The next day I had my wife's car serviced and the service in that dept. was also excellent.
