Criswell Honda - Fennaj
Yanet Lopez was outstanding to work with when I went in to lease a civic. She explained all of my options and had a wealth of knowledge about the civic as well as other models of Hondas. She went above and beyond to get me into a lease that was within my budget. I am very satisfied with her service as well as that of the whole staff at Criswell Honda. Thanks so much folks.
Simple, Honest, and Hassle Free - GeorgetownHondaGuy
I leased two vehicles from Waleed within the last year. He was very honest, direct and understanding. He worked his butt off to make things happen. He did so without any of the sneaky issues that I've run into at other dealerships. Not to mention...the price was right! I highly recommend working with Waleed (he even came in on his day off to help me).
well done - vp
Ciro and everyone were professional and courteous; and the Hagerstown Honda operation was completely squared away. No hassle, they stood by their quote on the phone. Couldn't have asked for anything more.
Casual Purchase! - Mike Emerson
Waldorf Honda is extraordinary and Mr. Hadim Bearden is an exceptional salesperson. I came in on Saturday and found a wide assortment of CR-Vs at competitive prices to compare. I was immediately greeted by a sales manager, and then left alone to window shop. Once I was ready, Hadim hustled to set me up to test drive 3 different cars, briefly explaining different options, and keeping things moving. After finding the right car, Hadim put together a series of quick briefs on pricing and options. Mr. Tyler Manual joined in with additional information on special financing, and we closed the deal. It's a good day when you get what you want, without any pressure! Thank you.
Great customer service - 2 Hondas,West Laurel
Brandon Hickson-Hamilton knows his product well and is extremely friendly. The sales experience with him was pressure free and quite enjoyable. He made sure that I was comfortable with the buying process and offered refreshments several times while I was there.I felt so comfortable with his service that I recommended my wife, who also leased a car the very next day.Brian in Finance was also a part of the process in which he made clear everything involved with payments and additional coverages. Thanks guys on sales well done, you deserve it.
great experience with salesperson - KHL
Went to Bel Air Honda with a certain car in mind, along with a set budget. My assigned salesperson, David Jackson, was great to work with. He provided excellent service, was patient and not the typical "pushy salesperson", and most of all, he helped me find the car that met my "wish list" and also met my budget. He was more than willing to help me leave the dealership as a very satisfied customer . I would highly recommend him!!!!
Well notified and complete service timely - Herson
My headlight did not work and Rose talked to me and provide me the estimate time. In addition, she notified me that she will ask tech to check all the lights.
Andy Herbert is the best! - dalessm1
Andy Herbert was an absolutely fantastic salesman. His communication via email prior to the sale was second to none! I came in with an aggressive price quote from another dealer, and, after making sure that he and his management understood the quote, they met the price! We got a GREAT deal on our 2016 CR-V Touring model. Andy was tireless at making sure he understood our needs and answered every single one of our questions. He spent a lot of time explaining all the detailed workings of the CR-V in-dash electronics to my wife and even linked up her cell phone with the system! We strongly recommend Andy to anyone looking for a new Honda. He will treat you with respect and work with you to get the deal that you want. Thanks Andy!
Awesome Customer Service! - Lenise86
I had the best experience at Northwest Honda (Certified Used) dealership! Derek made everything easy! The whole process was pretty much completed over the phone! I only need to come into the dealership to test drive the vehicle and sign my paperwork! It was extremely painless! Kudos to Derek and Larry!
Always outstanding service - sdbartel
I always come back to Shockley Honda for service on the car I bought there. They do an excellent job keeping my car in good shape and they are friendly too.
Great ecperience - BRW123
Their service is excellent. They were prompt and their customer service is excellent. They are polite, the waiting room was clean. They had fruit, coffee, newspapers, magazines and a flat screen tv.
Excellent car buying experience - 33Megan33
Excellent experience purchasing my Honda Pilot EX-L from Heritage. Todd Pegler was our sales associate and he was fabulous. The reason for only 4 stars is that the Pilot did not deliver when we were told, it was pushed back for a few weeks, with the dealership only being able to tell me that inventory showed it was there, but it was still waiting on the car hauler. I get that it was out of their control and Todd was communicative and professional the entire time between when we ordered it and when it delivered.
Great customer service, great communication and professionalism on all parts. I would definitely recommend Todd as well.
Awesome experience - Misty
Every aspect of my visit went above and beyond what I expected. Everyone was super friendly and I didn't feel pressured at all. They got me in an awesome car at a great price. Highly recommend!!
First Time Car Buying Experience - Alvenne
Before coming to the dealership, I was already in communication with Walter Whitford. He does his best in answering all the questions I had. After we scheduled an appointment, he was very present throughout the session and provided honest opinion about cars in general. His 25+ years of experience as a salesman gave me confidence in making a decision to purchase the car with this dealership. He even gave me a brief history of the evolution of the Civic model. He did not pressure me into making a decision (I almost walked away because his manager wanted to sell the car at a higher price with additional accessories that I did not ask for, butWalter remained calm). I appreciate Walter's cool attitude and he does make you feel like you're not just another customer to him.
Good luck to all car buyers out there, I understand it can be overwhelming. I recommend talking to Walter about helping you making your decision!
Restored faith in this dealer - Robert Loper
The manager of the service department, Bill, reached out to me to resolve this issue. I had already bought a battery from elsewhere, but he worked out another solution that has helped to restore my faith in this dealership and its service.
Their price on my oil changes is the best price for my car. Prices on other things could be better though.
So, the day I bought my 2013 Honda Civic here, it had transmission issues. The sales rep also tried to trick me into giving them my info to pull my credit even though I was already financed, claiming the Patriot act. They replaced the original car I bought. Now, less than 3 years later, I find that their batteries suck AND it's a common problem with 2013 Honda Civics. Your original batteries are only covered for 36000 miles. They'll put the exact same product in your car but cover it for 100 months if you buy a replacement one with them.
Sounds kinda scammy to me. A cheap ploy to make you buy additional batteries. Give you a crap battery in order to get you to buy a new one.
Additionally, the service department charges literally double the going price for certain fluid replacements.
I can say I'm not exactly pleased with my service here.
Anderson Honda has awesome customer service. - Shamrock06
I can’t say enough great things about my leasing experience with Anderson Honda in Cockeysville, MD. I was very pleased with the attention I received. I had the pleasure of working with the most awesome team. My salesman, Joseph Benjamin, greeted me as I entered the dealership. He was very pleasant, professional and extremely knowledgeable about the car I was interested in, and of all of its features. He took me thru all the features of the car inside and out before and after my test drive. Made sure I understood and could properly apply the knowledge. Very thorough. Grace Avena, from the financing dept. went above and beyond to get me the best deal. The leasing process was stress free. She is the best in the business. Terrific lady. Joseph and Grace, thank you both for the time you two spent with me making sure I was happy with my selection. What a fantastic team you two make!!!
First time buying new car, very good experience - Danielb
I had been researching the new Honda Fit for several months. Collin in the internet sales dept. let me know as soon as a new 2016 came in. I showed up for the test drive, we came to a preliminary agreement, I drove it for the next couple hours (to make sure it was the right car for me) and we finished the deal. I believe I got a fair price given the high demand for the vehicle type and limited supply. The whole experience was relaxed but still professional which is the way I prefer to operate as well.
SERVICE - FUZZY
EASY TO SCHEDULE. FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. COMPETITIVELY PRICED IF YOU USE COUPONS.WAITING AREA IS PLEASANT AND WI-FI AVAILABLE IF YOU WANT IT. OVERALL A GOOD PLACE.
Great Price & Excellent Service - Don
Buying my Civic LX Sedan TJ Troutman was easy and quick. I got me what at wanted and a good price. He answered all of my questions with expertise and went further in explaining all of the features on the new redesigned Civic. Even after I had the car for a few days and called with some additional questions he was able to answer the quickly and expertly. I would recommend any one looking for a new car to contact TJ at Sport Honda.

Honest suggestion, please choose some other dealer - Mahesh
They sold this 2016 Accord that had a small dent on the back(i didn't notice when i picked up the car, coz it was raining and night), when asked about the same, manager and sales person without even thinking for a second told me, I did the dent, i just drove straight to my home, and called them next morning abt the same, strange thing was that they took the carpets out of the car, who does stupid things like that... Thought of referring this dealer to couple of my friends who are interested in buying honda cars, suggested them to look for some other dealer.
No Concern for Customer Safety - Andrew
I brought my vehicle here to be serviced as I did not know of a good mechanic in the area, I thought a Honda dealer would be best for my Civic. Unfortunately, I can not recommend any one use this service department.
My main concerns were the SRS and Maintenance Required lights being on, as well as, the whining sound around 50 MPH and brakes. After consulting Mike Owens, he made several recommendations (17 in total) and informed me my belts and a valve adjustment were the most "important" repairs ($882.00). He also recommended a coolant flush, despite the fact that I had one recently and tires for minor cupping in the rear ($683.75). All of my concerns were this important in comparison: 3.) Brakes, 5.) Maint. Req. 11.) SRS and 15.) Whining. The rest of the recommendations were for preventative maintenance and I take care of those at a nearby shop. I asked for the belts, valve adjust, brakes, maintenance (catalytic converter head shields) and SRS (faulty driver seat belt). I originally asked for the alternator, but quickly declined as I did not want to spend too much.
A couple of hours later, I received an email from Mike saying the "alternator bolt was seized and had to be removed" and thus replaced. He then offered to do it, but would waive the labor fees and I would only have to cover the cost of the part ($386.79). I requested the part name and number, did a quick search and found the part on sale for $244.74 on Honda's own parts' website. The price he quoted me was full MSRP, so I insisted he do it for the sale price and he made it possible.
In the email of recommendations, Mike noted which parts were not available and would have to be done another day (5). However, after picking up my car, I noticed the SRS light was still on, it was running very rough and my radio was locked out. My biggest concern here, Mike Owens neglected to inform me that the faulty driver seat belt would not be replaced that day. I had to drive in the pouring rain with a sputtering car and faulty seat belt. If I had been informed the seat belt would not be fixed, I would have left the car there for my safety.
As I work six to seven days a week, a relative called Honda of Annapolis, explained the situation and they asked him to bring the car back. It broke down on the way. The engine and power shut off on the highway, he had to be towed back to the service department.
David Tennant made sure to take care of the situation as best he could. He offered a free rental, would change the oil and do the coolant flush while also repairing the break-down and catalytic issues. I finally got my car back a few days later.
It's only been about a week and the brand new $607.00 belts have been squealing. They squeal when I start, they squeal when I reverse, when I accelerate, when I turn -just about any maneuver under 50 MPH. I think screeching may actually be the better word here. Not only that, but for some odd reason, they disconnected my horn. Not inside the engine, but at the steering wheel. No clue why they would feel it necessary to do that. And, if it just was a mistake or something forgotten, they obviously need to have a checklist that says: "Does the radio work? Is the horn still connected?"
All in all, I am truly amazed at the total lack of concern for customer safety this Honda service department displays. Do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else. It is not worth the $2k headache.
I had been looking for a reasonably price car for the... - Mihaddaway
I had been looking for a reasonably price car for the last three months mostly through the internet. I went into David Wheeler to make an appointment for my wife's Honda Odyessy. While there I bumped into Greg Phillips a salesman I had known for a while. He asked if I was still looking for a vehicle? I was. I told him what I had been looking for was a hardtop/covertible. He advised they had just gotten one in and I should take a look. The vehicle was what I wanted. We test drove the vehicle and went back to the dealership. I advised at the time my wife had to see the vehicle before I would make a committment and we set up a time to come back. In the meantime he had taken my information for the paperwork. I located my wife sooner than the appt. and called Greg to advise we would be right back. He put a tag on the car again so my wife could take a ride. We came back did the paperwork, worked out a couple minor problems and agreed to pick up the vehicle in two hours. When we return Greg had had the car detailed, gassed and ready to go. John Ireland had all the paperwork ready and we were done in about thirty minutes. Both these gentlemen were as helpful and courteous as any could be. I would highly reccomend them to anyone in the area who was about to purchase a vehicle. The next day I had my wife's car serviced and the service in that dept. was also excellent.
