My family have bought 2 cars from Criswell and assured me that this was the dealership I needed to go to. I made an appointment with Michael. He was kind and knowledgable. He answered all my questions. He was objective and not pushy. This I appreciated so much. James in finance took care of the sale. He was knowledgeable and personal. I walked away happy and relieved. He helped me figure out exactly what vehicle I wanted showed me several options and when I decided which one I wanted but didn't have it in the color I wanted he had his business manager Mike Council come over also offered me several options and was awesome in finding one and have it brought to Waldorf. Our salesman, Jeff Beck, made the entire experience of purchasing a new car as pleasant as possible. We did not have to listen to a hard sales pitch and he possesses the unique ability to listen instead of talking all the time. He is a very patient man, and he made sure that he showed us all the unique features of our new CRV. He took the time to explain everything about the navigation system and its capabilities. When we drove home in our new vehicle, we were confident about being able to program it to suit our needs. We have a dealership closer to our home but the service and personal attention we get at Heritage Honda is so fantastic we would rather drive the further distance. For our last experience, we purchased a certified used CRV from Wendy Herrara. Wendy was awesome....she was very honest and personable to deal with. Purchased a new car in October 2016. Sales staff, especially Bill Workman, were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. Negotiated price via email and price was honored when we went to sign the papers. The car we wanted was not in stock, but they found the exact model and color we requested and had it shipped to the dealership within two days. The only downside was the finance office person we worked with who was an aggressive seller, but professional when we turned down the extended warranty and service plans he offered. In all, an excellent purchasing experience and we will be back.

Our sales person was always willing to help in any way he could. He realized my preferred communication method and responded accordingly. He was not one of those sale people that kept calling every day to pester you. Overall he made it a very nice experience. I went to the dealership very hesitant and ready to have to fight off pushy sales people. I met with Rick, the sales manager and he introduced me to Suzanne Teta. Suzanne and I hit it off immediately, she was so easy to talk to and I was able to express my needs and concerns. I never felt pressured, it was an amazing experience. My finance person was Jamar Willis, he is the best. Right away he let me know I was in control and under no pressure whatsoever. Everyone was so friendly and nice. I would recommend Suzanne, Jamar and Rick to any one looking to purchase a new Honda! This experience was such a relief compared to other dealerships I've been in contact with.

I am a senior female that had a problem with a tire that consistently went flat. Mr. Tire discovered that the cause was a faulty stem valve. I took my car to Anderson Honda and told them what Mr. Tire had said. My mistake was to tell them to replace all 4 stem valves. My bill came to over $500. If that was not bad enough, the tire I took in to have fixed still went flat. I got an email from Anderson Honda asking me to rate their service. Of course I gave them a low review. When I called Anderson Honda and told them that my tire was still going flat, the guy from the service department was more concerned about my low review which he said he did not appreciate receiving, then my tire which was still going flat. It was during that conversation he said to me that he did not even think that I needed new stem valves. I asked him why did they put them in then, instead of finding the real source of the problem and fixing that? His response was because that is what I told them to do. (Would they jump off a cliff if I told them to???). I called Honda Corporation direct and told them what happened at Anderson Honda. They put me on hold and called Anderson Honda. Honda Corporation came back on the phone and said they could not help me because the service performed was what I had asked for. My response was, "Do you know how unprofessional that sounds?!?!" If the service rep admitted that he did not think I needed new stem valves, he should have come to me and said so. I mean really, who is supposedly the expert here? A grey haired lady or a certified mechanic? And isn't real customer service all about helping people with their problems instead of taking advantage of them?? So, I tried another approach and informed them that they would benefit more by refunding my $500 instead of loosing me as a customer because my last two Hondas I bought new. The lady had to ask me twice to make sure I meant brand new and not used. She paused a moment, but still said she could not help me. IF THAT WAS NOT BAD ENOUGH, READ ON!! Having lost all respect and loyalty to Honda, and after weeks of continually adding air to my tire, I went to NC to visit my son and he and I took my Honda to a tire dealer there. Within 10 minutes the manager came out, with my faulty stem valve in hand and said that new stem valves were never put in my car. He replaced the stem valve to the tune of $65 (which included the labor) and I have not had a problem since. My advice...beware when doing business with Anderson Honda.

I had my current car ( 2011 Corolla S ) troubled recently, and have a notice for inspection on it from MVA.
Daniel ZHANG, was introduced from my former co-worker 's referral , who I met last December, at another TOYOTA dealership. Originally , I like to buy a newer corolla model again.
Since Daniel moved to this new HONDA dealership, after a few day comparison bet Corolla and CIVIC, I made my decision to switch from TOYOTA to HONDA CIVIC model.
Thank you, DANIEL. Eventually, I had a good trade-in value on my 2011 Corolla and a great redesigned
'16 Honda Civic LX, which beats Corolla definitely by its performance and MPG.
I would recommend this dealer to my friends in future.

My son purchased a Honda Fit.
The warning lights/ servicing lights come on prematurely.
The oil and filter changes are expensive.
My son paid the car off early but he has not received the money owed him yet for paying it off earlly.
Car is not even 3 years old and the warranty has run out??? That is a cheap policy.

Best dealership. Got a terrific deal on my 2016 CRV and just took it in for the recall service. Honda's notification said I'd have to leave my car for a half a day. I took it in on Saturday (made an appt. ahead of time). Will in service is the BEST! We were planning on dropping off my car and leaving it so my husband followed me up to the dealership. Will said it would be done in 45 minutes to an hour. So my husband and I went to breakfast, came back and my car was finished. My sister also bought her Accord from this dealership 5 years ago and has taken it there for service from the beginning and still does to this day because the service is great.

We took our Element in for the airbag recall. When we went to pick it up the windshield was cracked. Service was closed but the lady we paid... We also got new brakes and oil change... Said the windshield cracked during recall repair. I called to tell them I wanted to bring it back for windshield repair and service said it was the stupidest thing he'd e er heard and said they would not fix it. He said He'd let me talk to the manager and put me on hold for 42 minutes and 28 seconds. Then as expected they hung up. I tried calling back on their main number and all I got was a recording saying to call back later. They had blocked me. We will never go there again. Horrible way to treat us. Wish we had never gone there. Thinking of getting a lawyer.

I had been looking for a reasonably price car for the last three months mostly through the internet. I went into David Wheeler to make an appointment for my wife's Honda Odyessy. While there I bumped into Greg Phillips a salesman I had known for a while. He asked if I was still looking for a vehicle? I was. I told him what I had been looking for was a hardtop/covertible. He advised they had just gotten one in and I should take a look. The vehicle was what I wanted. We test drove the vehicle and went back to the dealership. I advised at the time my wife had to see the vehicle before I would make a committment and we set up a time to come back. In the meantime he had taken my information for the paperwork. I located my wife sooner than the appt. and called Greg to advise we would be right back. He put a tag on the car again so my wife could take a ride. We came back did the paperwork, worked out a couple minor problems and agreed to pick up the vehicle in two hours. When we return Greg had had the car detailed, gassed and ready to go. John Ireland had all the paperwork ready and we were done in about thirty minutes. Both these gentlemen were as helpful and courteous as any could be. I would highly reccomend them to anyone in the area who was about to purchase a vehicle. The next day I had my wife's car serviced and the service in that dept. was also excellent.
