I am beyond excited to pick up my fifth vehicle from Route 128 Honda. Yes, I work here — I proudly coordinate and manage many of our community events in Reading — but long before I became part of the team over two years ago, I was a loyal customer for seven years. That matters to me. I chose this dealership before I ever worked here, and I continue to choose it now.
In casual conversation, I mentioned to my managers that I had less than a year left on my lease and that my 2024 HR-V EX-L only had 9,122 miles. They immediately said, “This might be the perfect time to explore your options,” and encouraged me to take a 2025 Prologue Touring out for a quick test drive during my lunch break.
Let me just say — the panoramic sunroof alone had me smiling. Add in the incredibly comfortable seats and the smooth, quiet ride, and I was hooked. It truly rides like a dream.
When I returned from lunch, I said, “Okay… see what you can do.”
As many of you know, I help care for my 91-year-old mom and have had some recent home expenses, so I was very upfront and honest: I didn’t have the flexibility for a down payment right now. Without hesitation, my managers went above and beyond to work with me. They found a way to lower my lease payment by $100 per month and secured $750 in charging credits as well.
To say I am grateful would be an understatement.

I was especially nervous about qualifying on my own, as my previous three leases required my mom to co-sign. Being able to do this independently means more to me than I can express.
I am incredibly happy with my experience and absolutely love my new Prologue.
